A great mix of both new and old school gym styles. Includes weight training, crossfit, cardio, swimming and more. Paid massage service and Moroccan bath is also available. Membership is relatively cheaper for the annual subscription. 1 month membership is a rip-off. Most instructors are Nepali. They are friendly and can speak English, Hindi and Arabic.

Revamped the gym and made it more swanky! The trainers and support staff is very helpful and assist you with your queries and motivate you everyday.

I never visit the gym but I see outside it’s completely equipped for body building nice place

Great and new equipment, staff is friendly but they don't coach as much as they claim. Evenings on most days are too crowded to workout. Come morning, early afternoon, or late at night

And new guy Mr. (hady) i would totally recommend him to make a deal amazing information and straightforward to the point thumbs up for him
. But avoid guy named islam very rude and just would like to sale to pass to new customer had horrible experience with him personally

It’s very great with very reasonable subscription fees. Highly recommend to join, there is two massage 💆‍♂ rooms & one Moroccan bath + steam room very well equipped. 👍👍👍

Good gym with all facilities & equipments.. Big large swimming pool with no.of trendmills..the gym is clean & maintaned well.

A really nice gym, perfect for those who are serious.
It a lot of equipment, always clean, good coaching, clean pool, very private showers and locker rooms.
BUT! I wish if there was a healthy foods and drinks vending machine.

Well you can say it got it all comparison with any other gym in Saudi Arabia Soccer field, weight training, cardio machines, running rails, boxing bags, cafe, pool table, sauna, swimming pool, massage rooms, and finally and importantly the trainer is included with the membership for all members.

However it doesn’t have yoga rooms, and I don’t believe they have Jacuzzi.

It’s a fantastic Gym. It’s have a nice Integrated sports tools, Swimming pool and Steam room. It is successful

Great facility, equipments, and coaches. Flexible times unlike fitness time, although it lacks luxurious details especially in the locker room but it gets you the essential need to work out
