I dunno about the average or below average reviews i see here, but for me the car was brand new, the service was very good, the price is little higher than usual. Yet, it's worth it. Thank u guys of Hanco in Novotel Hotel

They are the complete opposite of professional.
First of all the car was terrible from inside. Not clean. Sticky steering. I arrived from Riyadh and visited them right away to pick up the car. I asked to rent the car from 10 AM till the next day at 4 PM. Hani gave me a price according to the plan i gave him, i agreed and paid right away. Next thing j know he calls me half way on my way to Jubail and tells me that the extra hours will be chargeable. I completely refused and told him that we would discuss this tomorrow when i bring it back as im driving now. He assured me there would be no problem. The next day when i go to drop it off, Hani isnt there. Another guy called Mustafa attended to my request of finalizing the agreement between us. He tells me that the extra charge on the car is 20 riyals less than the amount i paid for a whole day. When i asked for a manager he stated he was and when i called Hani guy to ask him to connect me to a manager he told me Mustafa is and they both refused to connect me to anyone else at that moment. I didnt want to miss my train back to Riyadh so i paid and left displeased with the situation. As soon as i get on the train, i get a call from a manager called Sohail and he tells me that I shouldn’t have paid and that he cant do anything now since i did. He said only if i called him earlier he would've handled it. I was just wondering how i was supposed to do that when i have 0 contact details of his and when i asked for higher management to be involved, his team brushed it off like they were the ones in charge. Terrible experience. Give another rental company thats actually worth it a try. Those people have 0 knowledge on how to properly run a business.

والله النجمه حرام في ذا الفرع الي يشوه سمعت شركة هانكو وصلت والموظف مقفل الفرع عشان يطلع يتمشى ولا جاء حصلت العامل وقال الموظف خارج الفرع بيروح الأحساء طيب يعني الحقه الأحساء اخلص اموري معاه وارجع مثلا واخر شي دق العامل على الموظف وقاله قول للعميل ان فيه النترا ٢٠١٧ بالله فيه فرع يأجر سياره عمرها ٦ سنوات هههه

سيارات قديمة ومهترئة ومو نظيفة ولا انصح فيها واسعارهم غالية وهي اول مرة واخر مرة باستاجر من عندهم
