Maternity and Children Hospital

My family came to this amazing hospital in Mecca at the middle of the night. Our baby son was very sick and we initially felt extremely worried. The staff were very welcoming and they quickly helped our little baby. It was an emergency. All costs were FREE because we came to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 to do Umrah. We brought our Canadian passports with us, and the passport contained the visa information inside. The Bangladeshi lady working inside provided us free water bottles, snacks, rice, and beef curry. It was really delicious! Moreover, I was also taken to a private location to pray Fajar and make dua (prayers) for my baby son. The medical treatment was world class and the hospital had the best state-of-the-art medical equipment. We are incredibly grateful to the Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 government, King 👑 Salman, and Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman for their generosity and unwavering support. We are also very thankful to all the hospital staff (doctors, security guards, reception staff, cleaners, and so on) who helped us immensely during our time of need. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER ALL OF YOU! Thank you for supporting us during the paediatric emergency 🚨. Alhumdulillah!

Good place for checkup newborn babies...!

Radiology department is in top form, the quality of the service, equipments and specially the staff is great.
Usually waiting is is not even required for a certain procedure to be done.
Parking area is vast and will always provide visitors with spots to park no matter what time of the day it was.

I was doing my umroh when suddenly my little brother fell sick. The clinic near Masjidil Haram recommended me to go this hospital. As a foreigner, I was very anxious at first, having little doubt in communication and administration. But, the doctors and nurses were very friendly and fluent in English. The administration was pretty simple too although the wait time was rather long at first (maybe due to employee shift rotation around Maghrib). The doctor who examined my brother really took a great care of him, showing full effort to do what's best possible. We were to catch our flight in no time and the doctors made sure they do their best before we leave and even let us go from tedious administration.

I was very thankful and grateful for the doctors, nurses, and staffs. May Allah always Bless you.

After 4 stillborns I had my son there in January 2015.I was in the HD unit for a week.My nurses were angels....so kind, and helpful. They never refused a request and took amazing care of me. I will never forget them.Jazaki Allah khair...each and every one of you.

Visited this hospital to consult for my daughter in an Umrah visit during February 2020. The facility is wonderful for a govt hospital. The behaviour of stuffs and doctors is top notch. 20SAR taxi fare from Makkah Haram. Please keep this in your favorite location in case you need medical help for a pregnant family member or a child during Makkah visit.

All medicines and complete treatment are free of cost,you just have to take visa paper of patient with you and show these papers at reception.All doctors also knows English.
