موظفين لا يُجيدون التعامل مع البنى آدمين وخصوصا لو كان البنى آدم دا أجنبى عدا موضف واحد فقط فوق ف التحويلات ..والباقى كلو تعاملتهم سيئة للغاية

They are so irresponsible for their customers. I came to update my information as the bank asked me to. The personnel ask me to bring the documents. the following day i returned and gave my documents. They told me to wait 3-5 working days.
I waited even i still received a message from the bank that I need to update my Info. I assumed still in the process.
Anyway 3 days ago i cannot purchased online and it was declined. I called Al Rahji officer, and she said my account is blocked.
Immediately i returned back to the bank, and surprisingly they did not send my documents!
They are the reason why my account was blocked. Now how I am going to transact online, withdraw money etc?
I hope AL Rahji customer care management will make an action for this. So Disgusting.
