Amazing branch the have really good coffee ..and one of my favorite meals quarter bounder😋😋

Classic McDonald’s, good service nice burgers and breakfast McMuffins available. Drive thru is very helpful especially since We are using the app and it’s a little difficult occasionally to scan or read the number.

This is the ONLY best McDonald’s branch I’ve been in whole of Saudi. Very clean, well maintained, amazing ambiance and super excellent staff. Employee “John” is the best employee. He treated every customer as if they were in a 5 star hotel. He was helping customers order via the kiosk machine, entertaining the kids and giving them balloons, serving food to customers and checking on each customer if they want anything. He came to us and said “ Sir, if you want anything like straw, ketchup etc, you can call me and my name is John. Please enjoy your meal.” Woah! I’ve never seen such an amazing 5 star service in a fast food restaurant. Service was quick. Food tasted the same, Amazing. It’s located in a plaza that’s in process of building up and McD is the only thing open there. This branch has both Single as well as Family section. Drive Thru available. Toilets were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Only McD in Umlaj and I loved it.

Same usual Mcdonalds. Service was poor at this one. No one was ready to take order.

There’s not much other options on the way and in Umluj in terms of western food chains
The food is decent, prices are cheap

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Nice surrounding retail area coming up, but these guys are the first to be fully functional. A cashier even went out of his way to arrange a boat ride in Umluj, helping to get us in touch and interpret for us while we traveled from Yanbu to Umluj. Children got good food and had a nice time here en route.

It is a new opening in Umluj. It is amazing for a small city. Everything were good except there is a curtain issue in the family section. The curtains were halves in each of space of family sitting.

As usual, Mc Donalds has made life easier for many people, with its efficient service, and drive-thru options, especially in the small town like Umluj where it is difficult to have fast access food service.

Quick service, very friendly staff and quite helpful staff too as they went out of their way to cater our needs.

Very good place to have your dinner with your family and beside the beutifuly view of the beach it is the best restaurant in saudia arabia pleas pay your visit and enjoy

It's very new! The northernmost by the Red Sea in the resort town of Umluj. Amazing & friendly staff.
