I recently had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk! From the moment I arrived at the reception, Mr. Waleed greeted me with a warm smile, setting a positive tone for my experience. His helpful demeanor and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. The restaurant also left a lasting impression with their delicious meals, and I was pleasantly when they upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite as a Diamond member. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Waleed and the entire staff for their exceptional service and hospitality. Thank you for making my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Of all the hotels in the world this is one.

One note: Pretty sure this place doesn't actually have cold water in any of the taps. Probably due to storing the water tanks outdoors meaning even the cold water was hot.

It is an excellent hotel. Free self serve guest laundry machines was a nice discovery after several weeks traveling. The restaurant is quite good and as far as hotel food goes, it's not overpriced.

One thing to note though: Booking can be difficult due to Neom basically renting the whole place out. Not many rooms available while I was visiting.

The breakfast has a variety of food and you can request your own kind of egg plate. Clean & delicious. Coffee, waffle available too.

One of the best Hotels not only in Tabuk but in Saudi Arabia in its category. I was delighted by every interaction with them. Their staff are the best. I haven't experienced such a good customer care anywhere else. Breakfast was awesome. The waiter named Hassa in the garden restaurant was very well trained and he served to uis best.
The staff in the reception are very friendly and very customer focused, well trained how to interact with customers. Rooms are spacious, interior was very nice overall it was a great customer experience. If anyone is going to Tabuk, I would recommend stay in Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk.

Was greeted by a friendly person who made me feel welcome. Because of Ramadan, some usual food services would be limited, which was to be expected.

One of the employees I must recognize is Omar. He was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of his way several times to assist me. First, by coming to my room to assist with the internet (I did not have the issue again after he contacted tech support for the hotel). Next is when I bought quite a few things from the market shop they have and since he couldn't readily find a bag for me he insisted he have room service bring it up to me (he didn't need to do that but was appreciated). He also made sure my room always had extra water, tea, and sugar as I consumed much tea in the evenings. I was blessed to have Omar helping me throughout my stay.

I understand that during Ramadan, food services are constrained. I wish I could have ordered room service. The menu looked wonderful. However, if you were not early to dinner (which was understandably busy), it felt like you were picking through other people's leftovers to find food as nothing seemed to be replaced and they struggled to keep it clean. Management of the restaurant was a little poor, but the staff was trying very hard to assist as needed. But without food, it's hard to add to the service. After I few days, I found it difficult to have an appetite to eat in the evenings. If you do not have a Saudi phone number, you can not use their local food delivery app. I opted to use Careem to drive to dinner locations.

Breakfast, however, was more pleasant. Chef Naved and Arbin were very attentive and tried to find ways to provide breakfast a little better than the norm as it was limited.

It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms were very nice. The water was hot, shower pressure was a little low, and even though I saw some people complain about the noise of the AC, the fan speed can be controlled. I opted to keep the fan high as I love to sleep with the noise, and it was perfect for me. The AC did struggle a bit to maintain a constant temperature in the room, and I found myself kicking off the covers and covering up many times in the night.

The hotel is not really close to anything that's within a reasonable walking distance for me. The Swiss In Tabuk is probably the best for that, but nothing was open during daylight hours anyway.

Oh, I saw where people had mentioned a smoke smell since they do have smoking rooms here. I was on a non-smoking floor and smelled nothing. I'm a bit hypersensitive to that smell and only smelled it on some employees (after dark, of course).

I would love to come back and stay at this hotel. I'm sure most of my very small issues will not be a problem after Ramadan, and even still the comfort and hospitality I experienced were excellent. Thank you for having me at this hotel. God bless!

Excellent stay. This is my third time here. The hotel staff is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and I have slept well. Don’t miss the breakfast, here.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Rooms equipped with office furniture making it easy to work. Friendly staff, always willing to help.

We have driven ourselves to this hotel and it was very easy to find with Google Map as a guide. Parking was also available at the side of the entrance, which was very convenient.

The best thing about this hotel, though, was its first-class service! From the time we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff at check-in, and a very helpful and smiley guy named Asfar, who showed us to our room.

The room was of the standard expected of Hilton Garden Inn. Nothing fancy but more than sufficient for our one-night stay. At around 2am in the morning, the guest next door decided to call someone and talked very loudly on his mobile at the sliding door. We were woken up by this, and I called receptionist, who promptly called the guest to shut him up. We didn’t expect our complaint to be dealt with so promptly at that hour of the day. This, to us, was first-class customer service!

The staff at check-out again were very pleasant. For us, it has been a very pleasant stay.

The Hotel was clear and well functioned. Breakfast could be better. Receptionist Mr. Waleed is very warm personel and traited us like Prime Ministed.

So the meeting room was good and all the facilities were working good 👍🏼, the guest room was clean and tidy with a perfect size maybe the view wasn’t that much. All the front office staff were very friendly and helpful specially Wejdan 👍🏼

The service in this hotel is first class. The staff were excellent and could not do enough to help. An excellent hotel.

A short notice booking handled well by the staff. Good size clean rooms with attentive housekeeping. Hot food buffets are ok but not stunning, fairly average. Staff are respectful, dedicated and not in your face, congratulations to their trainers.
