InterContinental Taif, an IHG Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Intercontinental Hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The entire experience was made even more extraordinary by the exceptional service provided by Kabeer and Fahd at the hotel's restaurant. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made our dining experience outstanding. Kabeer's warm demeanor and Fahd's attention to detail were remarkable, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meals. Their dedication to ensuring we had a fantastic time did not go unnoticed. The food was exquisite, and the ambiance was perfect. I can't wait to return to Intercontinental Hotel and be greeted by such wonderful staff once again.

Last Friday morning, our Mardigrans band visited a lovely restaurant in Intercontinental Taif and had an amazing experience. The service was unmatched and the staff genuinely cared about our experience, thanks to the great leadership of the manager. The food was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Taif. amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best breakfast we had while in Taif, KSA. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel rooms are clean and cosy, the breakfast resturant buffet is delicious and has variety of choices.
the host of the breakfast buffet Mr. Amir al Islam was cooperative, and made sure we had an excellent experience.

The level of service provided was truly remarkable, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the genuine friendliness of your employees were truly commendable. I wasn’t surprise when the employee informed me that the general manager is Abdullah Mohammed he was doing a very fantastic job at Al-Madinah al-Munawwarah.

Great hotel! Friendly staff! The rooms are a little dated for the prive but overall great experience. The staff made up for any shortfalls of technology or modernization.

Great ambience, front desk and restaurant staff! We had a great lunch at the restaurant. The steaks were perfect!

Located at a very quiet place. The service of overall teams is excellent, especially the service in the restaurant was tremendous.

I visit here regularly and the hospitality and food is always great. Bakir and his team in the Hawazan Restaurant always provide a great and friendly service.

Superb accommodation, very clean, spacious, attention to detail and to needs for the guests.
All the plugs are euro spec. Carry a travel adapter.

Breakfast was very good, service in the restaurant was excellent.
