Loved the place a lot! It's cozy with friendly and cooperative staff🤗..orders are made with love and the date cake ordered was freshly baked and tasted heavenly😍
The only bad thing about it in the morning was the flies🤦 if this issue is acted upon , everything will be just perfect!

Above all, It’s a place I can call “home”.

Truly loved the atmosphere of the place, it almost felt like I was taken back to Europe with the view outside of those big and wide windows to these wonderful greenery, I just ordered the tropical tea, set back... and enjoyed the relaxing music, the atmosphere, the view and the company with my cup of tea.
It definitely won't be the last time they'll see me there.

Cool boutique coffee with plenty of light and different seating options while you enjoy very good coffee. Definitely can tell the quality in this coffee. The staff are very informed on coffee and can help with any coffee related question you may have. also they’re very friendly, warm and welcoming. Quiet on the inside. By far the best coffee I've ever had in Taif!I The location is beautiful and very clean! Their coffee is not bitter at all! Highly recommend to visit if you're in the area!

Great atmosphere, cosy seats and overall a wonderful experience everytime. Most importantly the coffee was great.( they followed COVID-19 restrictions 👌)

Tried MERLO for the first time today. I am so impressed. As soon as I walked in they asked me about Tawakkalna. I was warmly greeted by the staff and immediately felt welcome. I came here to meet one of my friends and the atmosphere was great. It's a great spot to get your Coffee. The music wasn't distracting at all.

The place is cozy, the flat white coffee is great and fantastic. moreover, the staffs are good.

Honestly this was one of the best cafes I have tried..
The environment was lovely and cosy. The mood that the place created was very peaceful and was perfect for a “rainy day, relaxing” vibe. The staff were absolutely friendly and nice which made you feel welcomed to stay.
Not to mention the desserts were absolutely delicious!! Definitely got me hooked on the date cake and this Weird yet mouthwatering Nutella pastry dessert (first time hearing and trying it but was worth it). The Arabic coffee was spot on and I loved how they had so many drink options to choose from for people who don’t drink American coffee (like me). It’s very hard to find a place with good food, good atmosphere and good service, all in one!
This definitely tops the list of cafes I will be a regular at so special thanks to merlo family for creating such a memorable place. 🌹
