MANGO

It’s no wonder this store has so many one star reviews. I gave it five stars because of the excellent merchandise. However, after three times now being treated with such hostility from the ladies who work there I will not return again and I have sent a complaint to the online service. I was treated with such rudeness this evening that I just walked out without even making a purchase. I had brought two full price items and one sale item to the cashier who knows me from shopping there twice last week. She seemed extremely hostile and angry and she knows I do not speak Arabic and she blurted out the total in Arabic. I told her I didn’t understand could I look at the monitor to see the price and she ignored me. Then she bunched up all my items in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner and threw them in a huge paper bag about four times bigger than needed. There were about 30 or more plastic bags that would’ve been the right size so I asked her if she could put the items in the plastic bag for me. She froze in complete anger and rolled her eyes grabbed my things out of the bag and threw them into the plastic bag I asked her what was wrong she seemed angry and she said nothings wrong and I said but you seem angry. she froze in anger again and said those plastic bags are for sale. I said I did not know they were for sale items however one of my items was a sale item. She froze in anger again grabbed my two nonsale items out of the plastic bag and threw them into the huge paper bag. I asked her what is wrong? All I did was ask for a smaller bag and she said I gave you a paper bag you don’t want I’ give you a plastic bag you don’t want. what do you want. So I asked her what was the problem? And then she asked me if I wanted to make the payment or not and I just said no I’m gonna forget about it and walked out. The manager of the store really needs to do some serious training with these sales associates. I would’ve been a strong customer but now I don’t think I will shop at mango at all anywhere, I never had an experience like this at Zara or H&M so I will stick with those stores.

محل مانقو "وانتو بكرامة" تعاملهم جداً سيء بحياتي مادخلت محل نفس "زبالة" تعاملهم مع الاسف يحطون مدراء من برا الديرة ويشوهون المحل ولا يهمهم رأي الزبون ولا حتى رضاهم ولا سمعة المحل.

تعامل الموظفات جدا سيء وبلا مهنية او اي احترام مع الزبائن خصوصا اللي مناوبتهم الصباح جدا ماشفت عدم ذوق زي كذا

مافي تجدد بالبضاعه المفروض الجديد على طول ينعرض ❌

تعامل ولا أسوأ و يدخلون اللي يبونه وقت الصلاه!!
