Nakaa medical polyclinic

Went in after a crown broke off and a great indian dentist, Hasshin stepped in and did a quick temporary repair. Good job, nice clinic..very modern though you wouldn't have guessed it from the reception

Worst experience ever! I have been waiting for 3 hours for my ticket number in the meantime people are coming and leaving however they want. No customer service, unorganized, unprofessional, disrespectful towards clients. If you have other option better go there. Don’t waste your time with this clinic!

Terrible experience with Dr Kamal Essa there. He treats patients as if giving them favour.
Twice wrote me prescription : 1st time for bad stomach, he wrote diagnosis which does not allow the medication he prescribed so I had to buy from Nahdi , to save myself time and one more trip to face him.
Unfortunately, I had bad throat next week I had bad throat and Dr Kamal wrote prescription without Diagnosis and pharmacy won't give me the medication.
Went back to him and he started pointing out mistakes in the prescription that he wrote a day before.
In my opinion: I would suffer pain and live with problem, than meeting this doctor who lacks mannerism and epathy for his patients.
