The comfort and cleanliness of the room was very good.
When you have a problem or request, they have staff who provide immediate solutions and help.
The only thing I would suggest would be a daily check of room supplies (soap, shampoo, towels, water, coffee, etc.).

One of the beautiful hotels in Buraidah. Only elevators are small and slow. Has open parking beside. No closed parking.

we stayed here with family and Mr. Saad warmly welcomed us and more than that he gave us free upgrade to Suite room. It was a very pleasant time for us and we are very happy with the room, staff and sure we will come back here whenever we going to Buraydiah. many thanks

Location is in the heart of Buraidah. The reception area is very comfortable with Free wifi, clean and aesthetic design. The rooms have a pleasing vibe.

There is 24 hours Meed Store within the building, Al Bassem shopping across the road and other food establishments which offers very affordable food and drinks. Al Nadeg Restaurant is few steps from the hotel likewise the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital.

It was indeed a good stay and is recommendable.

Had a great stay here for several days. Their resto is open for breakfast so that's a plus. The rooms are very nice! They also have open amenities so that's good too. And the service was impeccable as well. Will definitely stay here again.

First time in K.S.A.from Red Deer CANADA. The hotel is great. The staff are incredibly friendly and jumping to make your stay comfortable especially during these times in the world ( covid ) Even turning the continental breakfast into room service because of the restrictions. Plenty of English speaking staff especially the front desk making it easier with suggestions on where to find things I need or forgot. The floor staff is great also. Every time I put out the service room sign I return to a crisp clean room.Even have a laundry service that's back in 24hrs.Bed is more comfortable than my home and the room is quite spacious.Close to many food and shopping businesses. Definitely two thumbs up 👍. Room 205

Really exceeded my expectations,

It is a very good hotel where the calm atmosphere. The rooms are a little bit small but not bad. The cleanliness is food. They have a good breakfast. Location of the hotel is good you can find everything around you. Car parking also available there. I can recommend this hotel for all.
