Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Financial District

I stayed almost three months.
Location is fantastic , staff is very warm , kind and helpful.
Whatever discomfort or demand I could face , they took it very positive and with good service will.
Room has the necessary size of a good stay , not so big but cover the need.
Room service attention and food is good.
Receptionist are always polite and willing to help.
I didn’t have any issue with laundry, and I even left a pair of shoes ,I realize one week later and they were keeping it for me. I’m very thankful to all of you for the service, this place was home to me for 3 months.

Just to add some suggestions, tv signal could be improve, light sensor in closet is annoying during the night :) and also as I was part of a big group staying there, key elevator system to visit other floors is complicated as you need key for each floor and we were all staying in different ones.

We are staying couple of days here actually every Hilton we stayed every weekend and we find it comfortable and near to where we want to go. The price is reasonable but sometimes expensive maybe it depends upon the availability and season. The rooms are clean and decent and comfortable to stay. They have also coffee and tea available and some sodas but with extra charge if you will gonna drink it. They have all the amenities you need and it’s nearer to Riyadh Park Mall and some malls around. Good service

I got a catering service in Saudi entertainment academy Very excellent service, and the food is excellent with the service. I thank waiter Ibrahim for his work and dedication to the service. Organized, talk and good looking. It's good that he is part of your team ❤

The place is nice and the location is perfect for business stays.
I’ve been there twice and the process of booking and staying there is very convenient with the online check-in process and the digital card.
The parking is spacious and they have both basement and an outdoor parking area (I recommend the basement as the way to the outdoor parking passes through the restaurant and if it was cooking time the smell sticks).
The views on both sides of the hotel are nice (one side is on KAVD and the other is on an empty yard but is where the sun rises in the morning).
One last observation that I was not happy about is that the gym facility is for male only for 22 hours a day and only available for females 2 hours a day and during my stay it was from 11-1 at noon which is not convenient. They have another facility in Doubletree but it has the same set-up with two hours a day for females.
The breakfast is pretty standard and consistent. Room service food is also standard but it has local options.

This is best place to stay for few days, despite the small size of room, the view city is so beautiful 😍 and very quick respond from services and food! Would love to come back again.

It has an indoor heated swimming pool, Sauna bath and Jacuzzi aswell

The location of the hotel is very strategic and close to the financial district

Been served by a Saudi team, they were so helpful

Rooms were tidy and clean

One small note that i faced was valet parking that wasn’t free even if you are a resident.

This is a perfect hotel for business trips to KAFD and any adjacent corporate HQ. The breakfast buffet is great and the gym is good for work trips. The adjacent Double Tree also has a gym and pool so it is accessible for guests to use as well.

One of the best things about the hotel is the great room staff. I have stayed here several times and the rooms are always cleaned very well and extra details are added to the room to make things special. Dinesh is a fantastic supervisor and Raja's services as a housekeeping attendant made my stay special. Raja left a plate of delicious stuffed dates, a bowl of fresh fruit, and a pot of fresh Arabic coffee waiting in my room when i arrived. Each day they were happy to provide more and made sure i had plenty of towels, water, and anything else i may need. I will try to ask to be on Raja's floor when i make reservations in the future. Wonderful stay at Hilton Garden. Breakfasts were unbelievable (custom omelets, 6-7 other hot food options from veggies to halal sausages to country-specific breakfasts, full fruit and salad bar, plenty of snacks, hot and cold drinks, and more).

A special thanks to Mr. Abdel, the receptionist at the breakfast buffet. Abdel greeted me each morning with a smile, a kind conversation, and personalized services at breakfast to ensure I felt calm and ready to tackle the work day.

You can't go wrong with this Hilton outlet in Riyadh!

Wonderful hotel 🏨 during my business trip to Riyadh I stayed here and enjoyed great stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful 👌 I have been given room with panoramic view 😀 breakfast was super yummy 😋 and delicious. Overall great experience.

I have been moving around multiple Brand properties across Riyadh. This was my first time at a Hilton for Business.

The rooms are standard what you'd expect across most major brands. The breakfast spread is also decent, among one of the better ones.
The staff are super courteous and helpful. Room service options are ok. The bed is very comfortable and one of the better ones I have come across.

As always somethings are better some less..

One area of improvement could be air circulation within the room once you leave and return. (have seen this get to standby at night as well)
WiFi is ok can be better.
And a chromecast instead of screen mirroring on the TV would have been nice to have. International plugs would help as well. (but then many places don't have em)

The location is decent, there are supermarkets within 10mins walking as well as laundry. (you also have a self service laundry!)

Gym is decent as is the pool (shared with Doubletree). Direct access would have helped vs routing via Doubletree.

Overall highly recommended!

Raja from housekeeping has been very supportive and been very kind, and has been very creative with the towel origamis! :) While doing a stellar job restoring the room to its pristine state!

All the wait staff at the restaurant are really courteous, and the chefs accommodating customizing - shout outs to Ibrahim, Adnan etc

Specially grateful to Ashraf and Abdulcader from hospitality management who have taken extra care of me.

I believe this has probably become my new favorite business property across Riyadh.

Very good experience. The room could have been bigger for the price but the service is excellent, super clean and good breakfast. Also the bellman Eaysin was super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful interior, lobby, restaurant, there is even Starbucks cafe inside. Regular room is maybe not big but it is enough for a few nights. Everything is superclean and supertidy.
One negative thing is that it is located right next to a highway so my room was loud, night and day. A/C is literally noiseless.
Edited to express my gratitude to Rahat and Dinesh for rapid and always excellent cleaning and helping also to arrange maintenance service when I was in dire and urgent need.

We stayed for about a week here and it's really good. I would like to thank all team members for their service, thank the chefs for the excellent food that we have, and special thanks to Mufeed, the housekeeping member for exceptional service during our stay.

Mashallah, the hotel is beautiful and clean, its location is excellent, the service is fast and the staff are pleasant, but you cannot move between floors unless you have a private card for the room number and the same floor as yours. The room view is beautiful

The service at this hotel is extremely good. I was here for about 62 days and Mufeed who serviced my room did an amazing job, he was always super helpful with everything I needed. 10/10 stars.
