Braira Al Yarmouk Hotel

The hotel is nice, staff are really polite and service is very good but location of the hotel is far away from most of the nice places, good for business not recommended for family vacation

Fragrant scent when you enter the lobby. They will offer Gawa and Dates at the lobby. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive.
Highly recommended for travellers.

I spent nearly three weeks here on a business trip. We stayed in the hotel and also delivered three weeks of training in the conference rooms.

The hotel staff from manager to room service are simply excellent, we were made to feel at home and received the best service. The rooms are nice and well serviced, the hotel restaurant staff were so focused on providing the best food and ambience, remembering personal touches and drink preferences.

The waiters also supported our conference room, Abu, Rashad and the others were excellent representatives of the hotel.

Every member of their team deserves credit, I enjoyed our stay, the hospitality and the venue for teaching. I

As usual, Barira has got the nicest Saudi staff ever! The rooms are amazingly large, clean and smell great. I recommend you book there if the location suits your needs.

The restaurant was absolutely FANTASTIC! Chef Ahmed Al Desoky has a magnificent sense of making different kinds of foods. It appealed to my senses While I was having dinner. He is one of the best chefs EVER! You must taste the grilled meat & the fish..I always go there just to taste my favorite food by the AMAZING Chef Ahmed Al Desoky ❤❤❤❤❤

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a month, and I must say that it was a great experience. The hotel staff, particularly the receptionists, Abdulraman Alhammad and Mohamed Shammari, were exceptional in their service. They were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attention to detail left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Mr. Ayman who was very pleasant and accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a pleasant stay.

However, there were a few areas that I feel could be improved upon. The hotel's basement parking area has a card reader that is attached to the wall and not in an easily accessible location. I found it inconvenient step out of my car and come closer to the wall to get to the car reader .I hope that the hotel can address this issue and relocate the card reader to a more convenient location.

Another area for improvement is the communication among service employees who speak either Arabic or English (especially covering the room service phone and taking orders) While the staff members were all friendly and helpful, there were times when I had difficulty communicating my needs due to language barriers. I suggest that the hotel provide language training to its employees to improve communication with guests. Or have someone that speaks Arabic or english in the evening shift to answer the phone.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The exceptional service provided by the staff is memorable and I look forward to returning in the future.

We hosted training classes in this hotel and the setup was great and the atmosphere was great. Plus Mr.Mufakir he was helping us in everything and managed to host the meeting for us. Every request we ask he helped us

It was our first time to try the place as a group. Our total number was (27 men & 11 ladies), of Jordanian Engineers working in Riyadh. It was worthwhile to try this place.

The place is fantastic, clean and well organized. Its location is good and parking is available with no hassle.

Staff is very friendly and supportive. Special appreciation to Manager Ayman Fawzi, and coordinator Haseeb, who worked hard during the preparation for our event, to make everything easy and handy for us.

Also our appreciation is extended to chef Shareef for the good variety for the tasty food. The different types of food gave the chance to all guests to choose whatever they liked.

As a result of the above, our colleagues decided to go back again and have another event or more soon, insha Allah.
