You will always find parking area . Easy to enter . Very helpful crew . I do not ask for coaching so I do not have comment on this point . Nice interior design. The upstairs door have the weight lifting area and downstairs for the cardio. Clean toilets have soap and tissue . And shower place downstairs nice clean and have place to sit in private . Have good size swimming pool . The smell is good no bad one . Have place to provide drinks ,I do not yet use it . I feel comfortable to be there .

Best gym 💪 out there with best professional friendly trainers.... gym is super clean and have great outside view... all gym machines are in working condition... subscription worth every single penny

Good Place, large workout areas divided into cardio, swimming and weight training. Offers Martial Art's classes and is affordable.

الصالة ما شاء الله واسعة، لا يوجد تزاحم أجهزة (يوجد مسافات معقولة بينها)، أوقات الزحام قليلة ونادرة وخاصة في هذا الزمان (زمن الكورونا) وبالتالي بإمكانك التدرب في صالة الحديد بكل ارتياح واختيار الأجهزة المرغوبة دون ازدحام. الأسعار معقولة وخاصة في أوقات العروض. المسبح رائع ما شاء الله.

موقع مميز لكن يفتقر الى وجود اجهزه جديده جميع الاجهزه قديمه جداً بعض الاجهزه في صاله اللياقه لاتشتغل ولا يعرفون الي باللياقة طريقة تشغيلها لايوجود إنترنت بالصاله المصلى حاطين سجاده فقط بالممر والمفروض يتم توفير غرفه خاصه ، والشئ الوحيد الممتاز وجود مدرب اسمه أسامه لو انصح احد يتدرب هناك فهو عشان البطل في كمال الأجسام اسأمه والنجوم عشان هذا المدرب

صاله رياضية تعتبر اضافة جيدة لحي عرقة.
الصاله موقعها ممتاز أسعارهم غالية نوعا ما لايوجد عرض حاليا.

انا بالنادي من ٥ سنوات الصراحه انه ارقى نادي شفته لا صراخ ولا ازعاج وفخم لكن يحتاج شوي اهتمام من قبل المدربين
