SEPHORA NOVI SAD

Nice to have Sephora store in Novi Sad. But the store is quite small and doesn’t have a wide range of products. Prices are surprisingly higher in Serbia than in Europe. Unfortunately there’s no official website in Serbia and you can’t search for items online or order them with delivery.
Heard that soon will be opened the second store in Promenada shopping mall, hope it will be bigger than this one.
Discounts almost every month on different types of products. Super polite staff, nice shopping.

I went to this shop a few months ago to visit and first impressions were that it's a pretty much fancy market shop for makeup and other stuff related. The staff were so so nice that after buying, they gave me some testers of perfume!
(Tip: if you ask them for one, they WILL give you! it is worth trying, I promise!)
The makeup there is pretty expensive, even more than in Prague (I compared prices beforehand).
Anyway, this shop is a good choice if you want to buy high-end makeup. They have quite everything you need. 👍🏻

Love this place! Great collections, nice stuff with immediate attention, friendly and very informative. No hard selling, would be very consultative and get what you need.

Experience at Sephora was awesome, it was near closing time and the staff member Rade took the time to foundation match me and my sister. He was extremely polite and patient witch was excellent because we didn’t really know what we wanted when we first came in, but thanks to his professional advices and help he found the perfect foundations for both of us. Big shoutout to him, and because of him we will be visiting this Sephora again!

Superb selection of top-notch perfumes and cosmetics. Location is perfect in the city centre, and while some of the products may have higher prices, there are regular discounts available. Stuff is very polite and helpful. Overall, it's an excellent value for money. The only thing I'd suggest is a local version of the Sephora website for Serbians to be able to purchase online. 5-star ratings from me, and keep up the great work!

Amazing staff, although it would be great if serbia have webshop. In that case I could come directly to the store for the consultation, swatches, perfume testing upsale etc but it would be much more time efficient if there is a webshop
