1. If the arrogant cold tone is the synonym for the not politeness, well, I would say staff is not polite. Staff should be customer friendly and nice in the medium manner. Maybe just a Serbian culture is like that.
2. Not having possibility to order and try (who wanna buy a product that's not comfortable and size is wrong?), they order just in case of the confirmed purchase while the another shop chain policy contains the possibility to try the product.
Just advices to change the policy towards more customer friendly behaviour.

I bought suitcase that broke after two times use and my claim gor money return has been rejected during the warranty period. I am so disappointed and I will appeal further!!
