We went there to have lunch. 6 of us. We order 3 cezar salads , one avokado chicken salad , one concept burger and one cezar sendwich. We were hungry...but....
We waited for 90 minutes to get our food.
And then there was no avocado chicken but one more cezar salad. Also the fries were stone cold. And the chef just said that they were changing shifts and did not even say sorry or anything....
I will never eat here again.
The place was not even crowded. He could grow the salad in that much time...

I liked it. Good for breakfast, lunch. Wines and coffees, not much in the way of cakes and sweets. Clean, friendly, convenient.

I visited Novi Sad for 9 days and spent 3
Mornings here having meetings. They have a delicious breakfast and a friendly English speaking staff. The owner/manager even came and introduced herself to thank me for eating there. I also came one night for wine and had a great time.

My go to place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is always so friendly and the food is fantastic. The owner really cares and is often at Koncept helping out, cleaning up, or just observing his restaurant. They're also pet friendly and always get my puppy a dog bowl for water!

Koncept Coffie and food restaurant is located 4km from the downtown and it is convenient for smaller and larger groups,they are serving domestic as well as the international food, staff is speaking English so it's easier to communicate if you are not local. Very good coffee.
