The church was built in the Neo-Renaissance style and is dedicated to King Saint Stephen (Stephen I of Hungary). It was constructed in 1904. Inside it there is an organ made in 1926 that was among the biggest in former Yugoslavia.

Neoromanische Kirche höchste in der Stadt. Von außen sehr einfach und ist neben der Kloster.

Импозантна грађевина у центру Сомбора. Дуго је грађена а коначно је завршена 1902.године. Ова католичка црква посвећена је Светом краљу Стефану (мађарском краљу Иштвану) и на неки начин припада Кармелићанском самостану који се налази уз цркву. У цркви се налазе велике оргуље, највеће на подручју Војводине.

Fascinantna crkva sa dva zvonika i samostanom. U crkvi su orgulje, izradjene 1926. godine, koje su bile treće po veličini na prostoru bivše SFRJ. U crkvi je i impozantna biblioteka, sa oko 17000 knjiga. Enterijer je prelep!
