I had high hopes for Rasadnik Ivana after our initial discussions about cleaning up our lavender field. However, my experience turned out to be extremely frustrating and disappointing. Here’s why:

Lack of attention to detail: Despite discussing the specifics, they quoted an estimate for an entirely different city. While errors can happen, it's concerning that they assured us they had noted all the details correctly.

Unreliability: After agreeing on a date two weeks out, they did not show up. Upon reaching out, we were told they were at an event and were given a rescheduled date. This was not just a minor delay; they pushed it out by several weeks.

Poor communication: As the second date approached, we again had to initiate communication only to be told they were trying to accommodate us on the original date. Ultimately, they decided they couldn't take on the job at all.

Unprofessional behavior: When seeking clarity about the sudden change, they abruptly hung up the phone.

In business, unforeseen issues can arise, but communication, professionalism, and reliability are key to maintaining trust. Unfortunately, my experience with Rasadnik Ivana lacked all three. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services.

I recently attempted to contact Rasadnik Ivana on multiple occasions, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach them as they never responded to any of my calls. Their unresponsiveness not only fell short of basic expectations from business owner but also displayed the lack of professionalism.

Retko viđena neprofesionalnost i beobrazluk. Ljudi se prema mušterijama odnose kao da su kraljevi sveta, a mušterije eto jadne male nebitne sluge. Kao da oni treba da plate nama, a ne mi njima. Za poštovanje i uvažavanje, pravovremensku komunikaciju, dogovor, očigledno nisu čuli ni u prolazu.
Ne postoji ništa gore za bilo koju vrstu posla, od NEPOŠTOVANJA DOGOVORA.

Veoma neprofesionalni, ne javljaju se na telefon i nemoguce je dogovoriti se sa njima.
