Extremely cozy place, with welcoming and polite staff. Great cuisine that even the kids appreciated. Spacious rooms. We would definitely stay again.

They have a non-smoking area! Like a breath of fresh air among all these smoke smell restaurants in Serbia..
And a lot of good cooked dishes.
Breakfast all day.

Nice Hotel/Coffee House in the middle of the city of Novi Sad! We had a nice and spacious family room with a balcony! Due to the traffic situation we arrived at 01hrs in the night, we informed the Hotel and it was not a problem. We reserved a parking space which I recommend. The room was clean and there was all what we needed. The reception staff was very friendly (even it was nighttime). Next morning we had a very good breakfast at the "coffee garden" behind the Hotel. Breakfast ist Ala carte btw. We liked the Hotel and in case we stay again in NS we will book it again. Hvala puno👍🏻😉

Great place to stay in Novi Sad! Centrally located, cosy rooms, very good selection of breakfast choices. I had the French Toast with berries and it was excellent :) P.S. On Friday nights, they play traditional Serbian music

New hotel and restaurant built in 2019 located in the center of the city. People are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fresh and beautifully decorated. The restaurant is great. Breakfast is a la carte. Espresso is amazing.

The decoration in classical style makes the corridors and rooms beautiful and cosy. And the fact that there are not many rooms makes your stay unique and quiet. You can tell this hotel isn’t part of a chain. And the price per night is quite affordable. In my case the breakfast was included in the price. And the restaurant of this place is nothing like a bed & breakfast hotel. They were outstanding meals for a breakfast. This small hotel is really value for your money! 👌

Visited the lower part of the restaurant just next to the kitchen. It is very cosy, clean and warm place. We picked high table which is very suitable for eating. The food was magical and mild in taste (not spicy and agressive). The vitamin salad was fresh and with nuts (long time since I had those in a salad, nice detail). The turkey meat with sweet and sour sauces I can't describe in words. Magical experience. Warm recommendation.

Macchiato House is centrally located even though it is a bit tucked away from the busy city squares. Everything is near and easily reached from here. They have a nice coffee shop downstairs with great backyard and garden. It was very cosy and convenient staying here in for many reasons: comfy rooms, polite staff and parking space. Everything was very clean and neat. I would stay here again definitely and I highly recommend it to everyone who likes city stays in houses that offers you everything like a 3 stars hotel!

Probably the best vitamin salad I've ever eaten, ingredients were varied and more than fresh.
The frittata was delicious and beautifully baked.
The staff is friendly, professional and very well informed.

A true gem in Novi Sad. Don't go to big and fancy hotels, this is the right choice. 10 min walk from the center and the University.

I stayed at the Macchiato House during a recent visit to Novi Sad, and I cannot recommend the place highly enough. In addition to the fantastic location, highly quality of accommodation, and the value for money, perhaps the commendable part of the experience was the professionalism of the incredible front of house staff and the owner who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extremely positive - even when I had issues with my car they recommended an excellent mechanic and personally called to ensure the transaction went smoothly. I would go so far as to say it's one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Serbia and I will definitely be back again.

Dropped in here on our first night in Novi Sad and had an unforgettable experience. Food and wine was delicious, waiter very kind and observant. We were absolutely spoiled. We have tried other recommended restaurants in Novi Sad but they cannot compare with this place.
So tonight we will return and enjoy our last night in this nice city.
We highly recommend this restaurant.

I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2021. Highly recommend it! I stayed in a room at the top which was lovely! Good location for the small town centre too.

Very stylish. Only been here a couple of times, but the place is really good. It continues in the tradition of the owner, who's a long time restaurant and coffee shop wiz.

Great new place in the middle of the city centre. Very proffesional staff and excellent red wine! Interior is modern and classy, perfect for casual and business meetings.
