We have been coming to Family Vet Clinic for years with our four dogs, as well as with all the stray dogs we find and want to help.

In every situation, and there have been quite a few, I can only say a big thank you to Dr. Marko and the entire team. Always courteous, dedicated, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable.

The latest case was the surgery of a stray dog which went excellently - thanks again for everything!

I cannot thank Marko and the team at Family Vet enough for saving my chihuahua's life twice. As a puppy, she had Parvo and their expert care pulled her through. Recently, they performed a complex surgery for severe PCOS and endometriosis, and once again, their skill and compassion were outstanding. My dog is now thriving again thanks to them. we went there a few times with our cats for different things like shots, blood tests, teeth cleaning and when our cat had some problems with his paw. all the doctors here are skilled and caring. Dr. Darija in particular is exceptionally kind and attentive. she was the first doctor who managed to take blood from one of our cats with just the one attempt. our cat is usually very nervous and other doctors often need to try multiple times. she explains everything in great detail, telling us why we should do this or that.

as far as I understand, the whole team speaks english, at least every doctor asked me if I want to speak serbian or english. I highly recommend this clinic!

Hello and here I my review of Family Vet in Novi Sad..

As a foreigner in another country it is never easy to find good services and when it comes to your own pet it’s very important to find a place we’re you and you pet can feel safe, they know English and that have a friendly and caring approach.

All this I found here. My dog broke his bone in an accident and I called them 22.00 in a Friday evening in panic.

They did not only open the clinic for us and took an initial look they also set up everything with surgeon, ordering of titanium plates and it was very smooth and easy for us to come back in few days for the surgery.

After the surgery was done my dog stayed there for one week and I could come and visit every day if I wanted to.

Both me and my dog got very well treated and I have only fantastic things to say about this place.

I strongly recommend you to take your pet here if you feel insecure and unsure if we’re you should look for help.

They made one of the hardest week I experienced in a long time to go easy, smooth and uncomplicated.

Marko and his team took care of my dog Munja from 2015 to 2022 with sincere love, responsibility and top expertise. Despite her severe, life-long illness, they have been able to restore her health several times. Marko was even with me at her side during her last moments that Saturday at 10 p.m. Such dedication rarely occurs, so I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

We visited this clinic already several times with different types of problems. One of these problems was a growth. After monitoring doctor decided to make a surgery. Now it is already 3 weeks after surgery and my dog feels well. Also we did vaccination here, asked for documentations for traveling with dog abroad and solved another small issues. I can say that doctors in this clinic have wide competence and really trying to help as much as they can. Doctor Jovana also speak English very well – it is important for me. I recommend this clinic.

Highly professional service, competent and qualified dedicated staff, they treat every pet as their own, always available, the right word, the right advice and service. Thanks to them, my dog was walking after her spine surgery, and after the knee surgery they did, she was walking after a day.

This vet station is one of the best in the city. Marko (owner) is a top class vetenerian with vast experience. Same thing can be said for his staff as well. I had an unbelievable experience with Marko. He helped our dog and our family tremendously. My recommendations !!
