AVA Shopping Park

Great shopping center outside of Belgrade. Nice selections of stores, lower prices then in city. Few restourants nera by, so if you want to make a pause from driving and take a rest for hour or so then

Worth visiting.

Wow! They have TESLA charging stations, intresting. It was super awesome, I like it there. You can find lots of quality stuff for reasonable prices. No big crowds but I assume there will be more life later once the news spreads also they have play area for children. Go make the bus trip up with bus 70 or car and you will like it. Am sure, I will be going back.

This is a great shopping park. I went there to buy one pair of trainers and came back with three pairs; a rarity for me. Highly recommend

Lot of store for shoping...maybe its not close to Belgrade but you can find super store

Good when weather is bad. Have some really good outlet stores, playground for kids and few restaurants

We were there to charge on the Tesla Supercharger. Variety of things to do. You need to try definitely Balkan Restaurant.

Very well organized. Huge parking area and a lot of choice for everyone.

A bit far away from the city but at least finding a parking spot is not an issue here :)
Great addition to IKEA which is also near by so you can plan a whole day activity here. There is also a Lidl store and on top of it a Starbucks coffee shop with small park for kids.
Even though the term Outlet doesn't mean anything in Serbia and you should expect the same price level as anywhere in the city, this place still is worth a visit.

Very nice outlet shopping center, next to Ikea with many brands, Nike, Adidas, Converse, lacoste, Under armour, Puma, napapijri, retro jeans, beosport, Sport Vision, Tom Taylor, LC WAIKIKI, S.Oliver, Xyz, Ps fashion , OVS, Metro obuća, koton, sinsay, Galileo, NVafrica, Kicks and heels, Optiplaza, DM, JYSK, LIDL, STARBUCKS, KFC, BALKAN RESTORAN, Galen pharm, DEXYCO, Gigatron, dexyco baby park, N Fashion, Moj Kiosk' '. Also a large parking lot with Tesla super chargers.

It’s nice shopping mall right by IKEA so kill the two flies with one shot!

Perfect except for speed bumps. It’s like person who placed them never drove a car.

Still under mild construction, finishing works on KFC bub, nice and clean. Spacious well organised parking, fashion shops and of course, great Lidl. Kind of all together IKEA&the rest you need for walking and shopping around 😉

Ok shopping, not crowded and plenty of parking. Coffee and food options include Starbucks, KFC, Ikea restaurant, Lidl grocery store. Good stop if traveling on the highway or you are local but won't to avoid crowded inside malls.

Very accessible for quick shopping. Regularly visiting the Converse shop.

About 20 shops in the open space. Huge parking lot. Starbucks and KFC. Right next to IKEA and the highway. Several Tesla superchargers.

Great place, great prices, different brands
Close to Ikea, which gives you the opportunity to eat a cooked meal for little money.

Very nice deals sometimes, looks nice, lots of parking spaces, accessed via Ikea road for now.
