Danube Park

The park was beautifully adorned for winter! My initial visit was during the summer when it showcased a lovely atmosphere with a charming fountain. Now, experiencing it in winter, the transformation is truly impressive. The park takes on a completely different vibe with options for ice skating and wonderfully decorated areas perfect for sightseeing or capturing picturesque moments. It's a delightful change that adds a new layer of charm to an already enchanting place.

Nice park which they turned it into a Christmas market with Christmas shops and a big ice skating ring accompanied with local Christmas music and carols! Enjoyed it!

Very cool place. There is so much greenery and comfortable space in the park that everyone can find their place, either on a bench or on the grass. In the middle of the park there is also a pond with ducks and turtles. Unfortunately, it seems that this water is not kept very clean by the locals. But otherwise, it's a perfect place for a walk, a picnic, or just hanging out.

It's a beautiful park by the banks of Danube in Novi Sad. The park has various areas to enjoy your time outdoors. During winters, there's a Christmas Market and Ice Rink for skiing. The park is well maintained, has a little pond with lots of ducks and is perfect for a stroll or a day out in the sun. There's also a lovely Café at the entrance.

Beautiful park with an artificial lake in the middle. You can hear the frogs, and see the ducks swimming. Perfect to sit, chill, read a book and enjoy a great time.

Location is perfectly situated between the city center and several important or historic sites to see (including walking distance from the fortress).
Tip: bring some bread to feed the ducks 😁

OK the daylight was short in November but there were so much families here with Little children. Full of Life.

The best: the small lagoon inside the park with some ducks swiming around. Lots of benches to sit down and just chill. Green areas for Picnics. A small little Cafe inside, Izlet.

Most popular park in Novi Sad, in the city center, close to the river. Great place to chill out in hot weather.

Lovely spot to chill out on a hot day.

Some parts of the park are still under construction and renovation but it still looks quite lovely. In fact, I've seen the lake all dried out during my visit almost 2 months ago, and earlier today I've witnessed full lake and quite a few ducks in it. Every time I visit Novi Sad I spend some time in this park. Sometimes I just take a stroll and sometimes I spend at least an hour in the park. Visiting this spot is simply a must.

Nice green spot in the middle of Novi Sad, great for a chill afternoon with a book or just a quick break. If you need a refreshment you can quickly jump into one of the little streets around and get food or drink as they are just a minute walk.
