I am extremely disappointed with the recent service I received at the Intesa Bank branch in Kikinda. My visit to inquire about withdrawing funds from my foreign currency account turned into a confusing and frustrating ordeal.

The conflicting information provided by the bank staff regarding withdrawal limits caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. Despite efforts to clarify the situation, the lack of consistent and reliable guidance persisted. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior and absence of accountability from the branch manager and staff further aggravated the situation.

I expected better service and professionalism from Intesa Bank. The experience not only caused inconvenience but also a significant loss of time. I hope for a prompt resolution and a clear explanation for the discrepancies encountered during this visit.
