The views from here of the city were gorgeous. We were here having a meal at 3pm and could hear a clock tower playing, which the waiter kindly pointed out to us where to find it. The food was delicious.

Perfect restaurant. We have eaten there twice in one day. Food is great, the view was stunning and the waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. Absolutely a must for Cluj Napoca and the first restaurant in Romanian that we eat in that also did none Rumanian food well!

This is a white cover table restaurant.
i had the Foie Grass .it was delicious. The dish was very well executed with caramelized ,pears , apples , grapes and orange wedges.
and the liver was good.
for desert don't forget some papanasi.

The location is amazing, like you see it in the name it has a panoramic, with beautiful view, the food and the room was 5/5, really tasty food and clean rooms. Besides this, I appreciated the fact that the staff was to friendly and helpful all the time. If you look for a stay in Cluj, I recommend this place.

What a wonderfull place to stay. With an amazing view for the city of Cluj. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant service was what i expect, but even better with nice and relax music, good waitress service, all very nice. Totally recommend to go.

The view from the restaurant is amazing, you can see all of the Cluj city center. The food and drinks were okay, could be better. The service was great. Will definitely return.

We booked ahead of time and had a large group of people. The waitstaff was very friendly and assisted us non-Romanian speakers with ordering. The food was delicious and you must try the papanaș.

I stopped when there were fee people, a tuesday at 5 p.m. The service was nice. The setting of the table was nice. The food good. I only had a capuccino(standard) and Papanasi cu gem de Afine. I have had my share of them at other restaurants and woul have them again if I would come. I am picky.

Everyone was very helpful, room was spacious and clean, and the views of Cluj were fantastic. Good location, a nice 10 minute stroll down wooded trails down to the riverside and downtown.

Had a great stay at Panoramic. The view was amazing, the room was very confortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Totally recommend!

We absolutely loved this place. It is a bit dated, but a must visit when in Cluj-Napoca. It was a great value. The rooms were affordable, and the views were priceless.

It is a very nice place, great food and service. The rooms aren t that good and the furniture is old, but it is still better than the other crazy places I found in Cluj at this price range.

Visiting this restaurant since its opening, back in 2013. Organized both company events and private ones. Really good management, passionate about providing one of the best experiences.

Food is delicious, staff is very professional and the view ... The view is the the cherry on the cake. Astonishing and breathe taking, is worth seeing the city in the evening but also during day.
