Streight forward automated collection process including payment on site. Very pleased with the speed of the process. One suggestion thought, the signs in the store are not really full proof. There could be some extra work done to make things a bit more clear.

Even though there is often a waiting line here, they are always fast to process your order. Another plus is the fact that you can park your car right outside of the place. Highly recommended!

Been ordering from eMag for a really long time, since they oppend their first store in Cluj. I haven't had any problems with them. The new showroom look really good, minimal, no so big, but the staff is there and they are friendly.

Biggest e-store in the country. They have nice products available on display and overything you can think of on demand. Great people working there, helpful and nice. It's better than all e-stores combined.

Open late Sundays. My friend got a functioning iPhone charger cable for 20 Lei, Apple cable 120 Lei

Here you can compare the latest MacBooks, it's the only shop in Cluj that has all models on display.

Fast service, it doesn't matter if you have to pick up what you bought or you have to return a product. Free parking for 2 hours is a big plus.
