Parcul Regele Mihai I al României

This is a great park to visit if you come to Ploiești. There is a lake, a lot of alleys to walk on, places to play, run or do small competitions. There are spaces for children to play or to have a picknick. You can admire the natural beauty and the place is kept clean as people clean it quite often.
You can have an Ice cream or popcorn at the entrance so it is great for a day out.

I didn't realized that Pitești had such a really nice park. Very big with a lot of activities and also a big lake in the middle.

Nice trees, not so well maintained park

I occasionally walk my dog in this park. We try to keep a low profile and mind our own business. I have never had problems with anybody, neither dogs nor humans. In winter it's lovely. Few people more place for us. During summer we go in the evening. This way we disturb nobody or as less people as possible and have breath of fresh air all in one. You can play ball, walk around, go ice skating in winter or drink a coffee during summer. You can go jogging or simply walk around. It's a decent oasis in the city to chill and see other faces.

Great place to bring children.

Relatively clean with bike lanes, parks for all ages two running tracks one inclosed and one opened and an outdoor bodybuilding/ fitness park.

I enjoy the diversity of the landscape and of the vegetation, plus the park is well equipped to allow going with the bicycle for multiple levels of learning. This is also valid for tricycles and roller skating. Another plus is the lake and the fact that there are a few places where you can also grab a bite.

It is a very nice place you can go to jogging, biking, having some relaxation and if you want to eat there are some restaurants; and the good thing is that all of those are in free air.

Nice place to take a walk, enjoy the view of the lake, run around the lake or whatever you want to do. There are also 4 tennis courts here and 2 soccer fields around the Olimpia sports hall.

The best and most relaxing place if you need to stay in the city. Cooler in the summer and perfect place for sledging in the winter.
