Casa Veldoni

This is a really great hotel, I have tried several accommodations in the area, but this place is the best, the nicest. They always welcomed me with pleasure at the reception and helped me with everything that was mentioned. They cook well in the restaurant,
based on a family recipe Mici, the owner makes the dessert for breakfast, with his own hands. My room smelled very nice, spacious and clean. Among the rooms there is one with a terrace, I recommend it, because it is very pleasant, it has windows that can be closed :)
Next time I won't have to look for a place to stay.

One of the loveliest places I have been to lately.
The service is impeccable. I haven't seen such polite people even in the most expensive restaurants. The waiters are literally the epitome of customer service and respect.
The food is also great. While the menu is not very rich, you have plenty of options and I recommend trying as many dishes as possible.
The prices are very affordable and the location is close to Bucharest which allows you to have a mini city break as well.
I have never had any disagreeable experience here and I have been pleasantly surprised when I received advices and recommendations regarding the food from the waiters.
One time we have also received a cake "on the house" and we were invited to come again as they will diversify the menu and add some new specials.
I will recommend this place to all my friends and I will definitely return there with my heart full of joy.

A great place to stop, especially if you can enjoy some warm weather. Mostly good food (maybe they're not great at soups) and good service, they have improved quite a bit since our last visit. The road noise isn't entirely mitigated and the barbecue is a bit burnt, but the food is good nonetheless.

The best food experience in our road trip all flavours and plates were 10/10 soups, meats and garnishes We were travelling towards Bulgaria and google maps recommended a route to avoid a crowded border point, we stopped here at Casa Veldoni and order something specific, English was not a problem because the staff could communicate very well, I requested something out of the menu and the owner came herself to make sure everything was perfect she was very attentive and proactive, really special very very very good

Best mici I have had after coming here in Romania. Wonderful service, got our food in 10 minutes even on a busy Sunday. Will absolutely love to visit the place again!

I have more than 7 years since I first came here and I keep returning in an average of every 2-3 weeks. The food is great and the traditional mici with fried potatoes and cheese on top of them make you forget about diets and limits. The outside terrace is very beautiful and green and it shades the place very well from the street noise. You can easily find a parking place and the prices are very good. You can eat and drink with an amount of around 20€ for 2 persons. I love it and I will keep returning for the best barbeque food.

Good place. A little overcrowded. You need to wait quite some time to get the food, but is tasty. Also the service is good, the prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful.

Excellent food (especially mici ) at reasonable prices. Ambiance , hospitality everything was perfect and definitely a place to visit in the weekend being in Bucharest. Great work guys.
