This place still amazes me with the quality of food and service. I have been to similar places in the city, last that comes to mind is Trattoria located close to the IOR park. Compared to Trattoria where the pork file is DRY and the fries are from the frozen bag, here you will find any meat cooked to perfection and the fries are all natural!! Give them a chance and you will be impressed!
Did I mention the 20+ lunch fixed menus selection that is priced very well and more than adequate for a quick bite?
Don’t be fulled by this location, the food here is better than in other more “high class” places!!!
Lastly, if you would like to experience a portion of authentic Romanian dessert, these are the best “papanasi” I have tried in a long time... pic attached.

We went on a Monday evening, the terrasse was 90% full and 2 tables occupied inside.
The wait for Bulz was one hour, after that the soup came after 20 minutes, we also got desserts. The wait was worth every penny because the food exceeded our expectations. Great chef in the kitchen and very competitive prices compared to other similar establishments... congrats for a good job, only hire few more people!

Great place to eat with very good food. Can get crowded at times, that's when service gets a bit slower but it's well worth the 40min wait. Servers are very nice.
Overall great experience.
Oh and definitely try the Lemmonade it's great.
