The area itself seems fine, but the hours of check in are given in the reservation e-mail as 0000 to 2400. When we arrived at 1130 the barrier would not open. After visiting another site and experiencing the same problem it seems that check in might be 1200 not 0000. There was no reply at the intercom, but worse, my contact with outdoorroutes highlighting the problem and requesting a refund has been ignored.

Não atendem as pessoas pelo telemóvel e intercomunicador.
Ótimo espaço mas e pena a recepção.
E melhor fazerem melhorias na parte do check in.
