Quinta Carvalhas - AFV Retreats

Quinta Carvalhas is truly one of the most magical places I have ever been. Michelle, Rianne, and other kind gems at the property will make you feel at-home immediately. You will be surrounded by beauty, enjoy the tranquility, and your stay will be one you will always remember. I hope to be back to visit Mango the dog, all the horses, and experience this slice of heaven many more times for years to come. Don’t forget to take a bottle of olive oil from the farm home with you!

What an amazing Retreat Centre. I facilitated one of my international retreats for my clients at Quinta Carvalhas and I recommend it SO HIGHLY.
Superb accomodation;
Delicious vegetarian (and gluten free) food;
I really appreciated the service, friendliness and support from the staff;
The facilities are fantastic... from board-room to yoga studio, gorgeous pool, amazing farm walks, the spa and of course the incredible horses.
A highlight was our 2 sessions of "communication with the horses".
And finally this place is so infused with conscious creation... that the peace, tranquility and balance you feel when you arrive here is palpable.

Thank you Michelle and Richard for creating such a special place. I will be coming back many times again to run retreats here!
