Let down twice now. Was sent to get xrays for implants at some expense, delivered them, no response despite two reminders over some months. Had a need for urgent treatment, attended at 0930 as instructed and sat for 1 hour 45 mins getting cold without even being asked my name. Left in disgust. If you can get treatment it's very good but the dentists can only see people they are presented with. That is down to the organisation at reception, which is poor. This experience spans 2 years.
