The Blue Beetroot

What a cozy and rustic experience! From the moment I checked in to check out…I felt well taken care of. The best part is the restaurant! Food is amazing !! Breakfast is simple but wonderful. I like the French Press style coffee. I would stay here every single time I come back to Boleslaweic. We were here to Pottery shop and this is our favorite place to stay. Great for big family too!! We slept comfortably as a family of 2 adults/4 kids in the biggest room they had.

This is the loveliest place tucked away in Poland! The staff are literally the sweetest people I've ever met in my life. The beds were comfy. The hotel is just so charming. We loved every bit of our stay and will definitely be back in the future. It ended too soon!

Exemplary service and staff!! Accommodating staff and clean facilities with a fresh look! Cozy rooms, and delicious food served in the dining area. They speak great English! They provide excellent suggestions for local tourism spots. You can't go wrong! We've booked our next trip. It's a must stay!

A little out of the way but worth the journey. Food is great, a small menu but something for everyones taste including children. I had cod and fat chips which was perfectly cooked. And the fritters were delicious. There was nothing we did no enjoy here. Waitress spoke perfect English and was attentive. Space inside and out for eating.

I can’t say enough good about this hotel and it’s owners. Cozy rooms that keep the historic aspect of the hotel but have all the modern comforts. Excellent restaurant and dinner/breakfast. Wonderful village surrounds to walk though. The owners are delightful too.

Our 2 night stay at the quiet and rustic Blue Beetroot was wonderful. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Hotel was beautifully decorated. We had breakfast both days and they served a fresh French press of coffee for the table. location was short proximity to Boleslawiec city center. Plenty of parking. Customer service was impeccable. The young man working the restaurant and bar was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations for our first visit to the area. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Excellent Service. I emailed to get a reservation and Justyna/John responded quickly. When we arrived, we were offered a list of surrounding pottery stores as well as some discounts. The rooms were adorable and perfect for us. We loved being able to have dinner and breakfast here, which were both delicious! And we loved that we were able to play cards in the dining area. All in all, great experience and highly recommend!

Always the nicest of hosts and they have added some lovely amenities. It is the PERFECT place for a girls' trip. And the food is just amazing. My favorite is the beef with pastry top and mashed potatoes. Don't forget your euro cash for a discount.

I have been here several times and always enjoyed the stay. The food is good, the beds are comfortable and the service is friendly. The only downside is that if there are active children staying in the room above you, the footsteps are very loud.

This is a beautiful 3 story building built in the 1700's. The building is awesome and beautiful with the fixtures updated of course. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, staff very friendly, prices great. We've stayed here 5 times now

Excellent service and food. With a great mixture of traditional Polish and English dishes. Great for families and couples. Great drink selection including cocktails. All the staff very accommodating! Great place

Very cute, clean, and family friendly place. They gave my daughter carrots to feed the donkeys that are out back. And they gave me a map of pottery shops that was invaluable to us as we searched for treasures! LOVE this place!!

It was the first 'girls weekend' we'd gone on in over 12 years and honestly, while we were originally on a hunt for pottery (which we found in abundance!) the highlight of our trip was the Blue Beetroot Hotel. It was simply lovely...old world charm, warm, inviting & clean rooms, bountiful breakfast laid out perfectly, and most especially the staff! From the genuine smiles and welcome upon arriving to the laughs and conversations we had while there, it was perfect. Upon departure, we all felt like we were leaving new friends.
I highly recommend Blue Beetroot. You are missing out if you stay anywhere else! <3

We all loved it here! The food was great and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious for even American standards. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and helped us feel relaxed from our long trip. It was a real vacation! I hope we can got back several times!
