Excellent Facilities And the condition of gymkhana is now much better than 2012.

Peshawar cricket association cricket club's are playing in Peshawar gymhana the place which alot of guy's playing cricket and making his future for national level

It is Old Peshawar Gymkhana Cricket Ground , that was used since 1901 when British occupied Pakhtunkhwa province as Rulers this old Mughal Gardens were converted into Gymkhana ground for playing Cricket .

Currently this Ground is occupied by Pakistan army as GRC Garssion Recreation Club Ground and they don't allow Peshawar citizens to use it for Cricket and is behind close Guard of Pakistan army since 2001 .

Before Pakistan Cricket matches used to to be played here and crowds would come here to enjoy unfortunately now it has been encroached Pakistan army and it is denied use for public which is both unfortunate and not good

This Ground was public property and now it has become Government property under Pakistan army .

This Ground was part or Garden complexes made by Mughuls rulers of Afghanistan and Peshawar was known as city of Gardens the adjacent Ali Mardan Garden and Villa of Ali Mardan Baluch Kurd Governor of Peshawar in 1630 was one also known as Bin Mahabat Khan who made these Gardens under King Shah Jehan Khan and his wife Mumtaz Mahal ..... The adjacent corp commander office and all the British era cantonment was unfortunately made on top of these Gardens complexes by the British destroy ing the beauty of Peshawar ..

Pakistan has followed same and has further damaged the beauty of peshawar and destroying the Archeology and Garden of Peshawar

Hope some body can revive the Past Glory .......

Excellent facility. Can be improved further. The pillion needs some repair, if not already repaired.
