Faisal Masood Jhandir Library

Last week I visited Masood Jhandeer Research Library which is an excellent resource for researchers and scholars in the region. The library boasts a vast collection of books, journals, and other materials that cover a diverse range of topics, providing ample opportunities for individuals to broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of their fields of study. The staff at the library are knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to assist visitors in finding the resources they need. Overall, the Masood Jhandeer Research Library is a valuable asset to the academic community in Mailsi and beyond.
Jhandeer family is bearing all the expenses of this library including employees salaries, maintenance, electricity etc.

It was my surprise visit to the library, it is really a great library and a museum indeed. Very spacious and beautiful garden around and a huge collection of valuable books for the readers.

My story when I was in 8th class...
I remember once I stole some magazines from here in a very technical way which were related to the history of Middle Asia and after reading them I put them back saying that I would try to steal some more but this time attempt failed...

Asia's second largest private library.. located in middle of nowhere in a small village 10-15 km from city of Mailsi in Punjab.. Can be accessed easily provided you know the path.. roads leading to the libraray are also in good condition considering the fact that it is located off the main road in a village. Amazingly unbelievable to have such a place at such location..

A good place for books lover

It's very good place for schoolers and reserchers. It's a private library but has huge collection of books on every topic. Thay also provide all kind of facilities for researchers those who want to stay there.

Well of knowledge for everyone..... Must visit place having a wonderful view, privately managed library. In private sector its a largest library in Asia. A field man put a stuff like that which a great example of passion in the world so I again say must visit it and boost your passion. Thanks

lovely place to visit with families specifically children to increase their love for knowledge and books.Even better place for informal trips.Nice location of library in green fields absolute informative place for those interested in agriculture.This place is also a great blessing for the students of botany as the massive variety of plants around the library is mentioned with their scientific names.

Good Place to visit, especially for students to insite love of books, which is day by day going down in our society.
It also has a Garden & the owner Mian Ghlam Jhandir is a very good person.
Librarian Ghulam Rasool Qalandri is very well coming person.
Library is just awesome, especially the Quran section.

This library have 1600 copies of the written The Holay Quran. It has 1.5 million books in it.

Very calm natural place with lot of pieces and birds sounds everywhere. No pollution and noise of traffic. Lovely place
