We stayed there for two nights. The room was good. Attached bath room was clean and it had a small water heating system. The building seemed newly constructed. The staff was cooperative. Enjoyed staying there.

Easy access... walking distance from bus stand murree and Mall road too, Also their rooms are clean and good furnished. Service is also nice. Recommended.

Hotel services are good staff behavior is very good and friendly rooms are well furbished but in winter there's a problem of hot water. Everything else very good and services are satisfactory

Its a nice and affordable hotel if you want to go with families. There are many shops and restaurants around and so its very convenient. The mall road is just 10-15 minutes walk away if you go on foot

Decent staff, great service. But I would not book a driver through them. Had a very very bad experience. Otherwise they did provide the service they promised. It was a shame a driver did let them down.

Hotel is very good.with geezer facilities..staff is also cooperative..we search all hotels in mall road but very smelly and not good...so we finally decided to stay at smart hotel below mall road.

About Murree
City in Pakistan

Murree is a mountain resort city, located in the Galyat region of the Pir Panjal Range, within the Murree District of Punjab, Pakistan. It forms the outskirts of the Islamabad-Rawalpindi metropolitan area, and is about 30 km northeast of Islamabad. It has average altitude of 2,291 metres. The British built this town during their rule to escape the scorching heat in the plains of Punjab during the summer. Construction of the town was started in 1851 on the hill of Murree as a sanatorium for British troops. The permanent town of Murree was constructed in 1853 and the church was consecrated shortly thereafter. One main road was established, commonly referred to even in modern times, as the mall. Murree was the summer headquarters of the colonial Punjab Government until 1876 when it was moved to Shimla. Murree became a popular tourist station for British citizens of the British Raj. source
