ICAP City Library, Rawalpindi

Wonderful study friendly environment.
Really feels something from a prestigious institute.

They have limited extensions. So bring your own extension with yourself for your convenience (if you use any Gadgets).

It's usually overcrowded. Icap should do something about it. Students pay subscription fees and other fees for it.

Spacious and comfortable with silence as desired and most beneficial within the heart of the city and surrounded by commercial arenas facilitates the visitors needs to commute for lunch and other needs.

No less than a heaven for students. Icap has put real efforts in maintaining libraries all over big cities. I hope this would extend further
