Cafe Shahbaz never disappoints, the food is excellent. Very close to home food with the same homemade wheat roti. The cafe is clean, reasonably priced and the staff is courteous. One feels like being transported to the past 😊
Gosht fry was superb!

One ofthe oldest and authentic restaurants of Karachi. In our childhood, whenever we would come to Karachi we'd always have lunch here since it was my father's favorite place to dine in.
Over the years it has become an identity of those ole' days.

Loved 😍 this place. Anyone who is into small hidden treasures should visit this place immediately. Nice clean sitting space (nothing extraordinary but think old school Iranian restaurant but speck clean), food variety and quality was amazing!! The owner was available and very friendly. Very higenic food, felt like "Ghar ka Khana". Haven't visited one of these authentic local places this good in a while. Sadly they close completely for the holy month of Ramadan. So you guys will have to visit after Eid now.

Though a small place but Excellent simple food like the one u get at home. Roti was too good. Wasnt heavy at all. Reasonable pricing. We ordered daal fry, palak gosht and fry chicken. Their family hall is also clean and comfortable. Food was so good that i wanted to go there again n again but due to my v short stay, i couldnt .

Amazing place. Clean neat amazing food, amazing environment. Separate seating place for larger families or kids. Chapati is phenomenal, machli kofta must try mutton stu amazing properly tender meat, all other items also amazing .. would visit again soon

Went there after 22 years food taste the same so delicious we ordered brain masala prawn masala fried fish. Place was nice and clean print service.

A small restaurant, it serves everything in homemade flavors, including Daal, Vegetables, Meat, and Chapati. The place is kept very clean and orderly and the management and staff is very cooperative and understanding. A fine place to eat out on a budget.

Been coming here since I was a child. They haven't lost their touch. Top notch ingredients and home style food. The rotis are home style. The prices are a big high but in comparison of dhabbas. Still affordable then big restaurants. For ex a daal would cost you 200 or 280. Absolutely worth it tho.

It's an old cafe with delicious food 😋 but there is issue with the same small place which was many years before.The parking is a huge test to join the cafe

I have been enjoying their food since the last 25+ years. They are in the league of their own and can't be compared with any other eatery. The menu, the taste, the cleanliness, the heritage and class is outstanding. Today I had my favourite items on their menu after probably 6 years or so and the taste and quality is still the same as I remember since I was a little kid. My favourites are their prawns, qeema, chicken fry, mutton fry, chicken steam roast, fish, daal, matar pulao and chapati. Everything is outclass!

No match in surrounding area if looking for desi home made type food.. best and favourite of mine.. quality ingredients used and completely hygienic.. best part is you get ultra hot, freshly made, live supply of chapati during your meal.😁 Recommended.

My elders recommend me this restaurant who eat there in 70's .I m eating food at cafe shehbaaz since 90's.excellent food
