Ambience is good.
Due to ramazan, restaurants is empty and food seems like not fresh.
Mutton piece in mandi is very small.
Although their special platter is good within this price range.

Perfect ambiance for family gatherings and couple dinners. Their Moroccan steak chicken strips and platters are must try items. But don't remember to start with their special soup.

I recently tried the chicken madbe at Rairo restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, the ambiance was great, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We want for iftar there they serviced usy complimentary aftari which is good! Ambiance is good food is good and staff is co-operative .

Another good addition to this area. I tried the Mushroom Beef steak and it was good. The ambience is also nice.

Exquisite dine in experience. Unique taste to all of their kebabs and curry dishes. Worth the money, would recommend to anyone. They have a variety of cuisine available on their rather lengthy menu. My personal experience was during a power outage at lunch time and the service was rather not ready for such a situation, had to wait a bit in the heat before service and power was restored.

Visited the restaurant this evening for the very first time. When I entered, I found no one there to greet me. Reception was vacant. A few minutes later one guy walked in from one of the doors, apparently from back office, completely ignored me and sat at the counter. I then asked him if I can place my order for takeaway and he took my order. When I tried to pay with my card, I was told that they don't accept card payment; however, customers can pay cash or through online banking. My order arrived in reasonable time without much delay but no one at the restaurant thanked me for my visit nor requested to come back again. They just handed me my order and didn't say anything. I got home and the food was still warm and smelled good. I opened the food boxes and was truly delighted to see freshly prepared meals with very beautiful presentation. The fries were super fresh, crispy and golden. The best fries you can imagine at any restaurant because you normally get soggy, wilted, and oily fries at most places. Their fries really tasted super fresh and excellent. I had ordered Club Sandwich and Chicken Quesadilla. The sandwich was served with fries and coleslaw, and the quesadilla was served with super crispy fresh salad along with jalapenos, tomato sauce, and garlic sauce. The quesadilla was made using local thick pita bread instead of the standard flour or corn tortillas and because of that it was soft instead of crispy. However, it tasted great and both the sauces, the tomato and garlic sauces, really impressed me much and won my heart. The Club Sandwich tasted super excellent as well and what impressed me the most was that they had used whole chicken fillets instead of shredded meat. The coleslaw was made super fresh and was surely the best tasted I can remember eating anywhere in the city. I definitely enjoyed my meal very much and the fries, coleslaw, and sauces were among the very best you can find locally.

Food and ambiance is not doubt good, but service needs to be improved.
No one welcoming and guiding at entrance. Continuous need-monitoring on table like Naan/paratha etc. has to be managed efficiently.

Shout out to Rairo Resturant for arranging everything so good and decor is also so good like we wanted the ambience ,food ,service 10/10👍👍👍👍🙂

This is our favorite place for there "Zouq-e-Arabia" platter. This time we tried Steaks.... and they were good too. It's been 2 years they have not compromised at the quality.

They are serving the best mandi in Karachi. The quality and quantity were both amazing. Must recommend to all the Arabic food lovers to visit this place. Thanks

Extremely beautiful Ambience! Really well decorated restaurant..From tasty & delicious food to neat and clean environment. We booked the roof top and it was arranged in the perfect way. Lift facility for everyone + clean washrooms.

About food: We ordered chicken karhai, beef boti, chicken makhani handi with naan and parathas. The makhani handi was very much tasty, so was the chicken karhai and beef boti.. 10/10 for food too!

Waiters were quite quick and helpful so thumbsup for the amazing management. I came with my office colleagues with over 25+ people. Will be coming soon with my family, InshAllah:)

Ordered a 2 person zauq-e-arabia platter and gunfire chicken steak and it was more than enough for three persons. Loved their menu. They've a 25% discount going on these days. A must visit place!

I'd tried their zouqe arabia and beef sizzling kabab. For me both were amazing in taste. Ambiance was great there.
