Poor customer service and unnecessarily high service charges for very basic services. They have a 24 hour helpline but you'll have to visit your branch for even the smallest of the tasks. The helpline basically redirects you to visit the branch. ABL is nowhere near other far more modernized and superior commercial banks in the country, I believe.

Editing in February 2019. Have been visiting here since more than 20 years. Like other banks here; banking standards have a bit declined at this bank too. Banks have subtle ways to benefit themselves and compromise client's interests.
