First Time applying for Smart CNIC and I am impressed by their service.
Get token on 9:12 A.M. & checked out at 9:56 A.M.
All 5 counters were operational so no rush and seating area is also good with Air-conditioning

The greatest government office I have been to . Fast service , short line , clean and most of all air conditionin . I know the rates are a bit high then the other ones but it's worth it and don't forget you are hearing this from me , a person who always try to save money. On the 1st of July I went there for smart card & on the 4th July I had it in my hand .

Very happy and satisfied with my visit. Normally you don't expect much at a govt office but today's visit was a pleasant surprise. The staff was utmost courteous, professional and helpful, even the guard at the gate was as much courteous and helpful. The staff treat you with respect and guide you properly. Although many people visit this executive center daily but the efficient staff ensures the queues keep moving and you don't have to stand in line for too long. There are enough seats available while you wait for your turn. I'm very happy and impressed with how swiftly they take care of your request. They even look after your hygiene by providing hand sanitizers at their counters. They take interest while you speak to them and don't make you rush. If you're short on any documents then they guide you accordingly. I myself witnessed that the lines were moving swiftly. Being the executive branch, it costs you a bit more than a normal branch to get your required documents but it's totally worth it.
One BIG tip: make sure you carry all related documents in original including CNIC and copies of CNICs. If you need to make any copies, there's a guy who carries a photo copier on his bike right in front of the center. Thanks.

Friday today it was without rush it took us less than an hour to get it done

Nicely manage office. Staff behave very well
Sitting arrangements was good. If I need any service of NADRA in future I will visit again there.

It's hoppless there is no any services for disable child's no separate line for disabled people everybody in same raw

I had a wonderful experience in getting JV card of my daughter at this office. Staff was cooperative and it took less than 30 minutes in complete process. Delivery of card was also on time. Thumbs up to you Nadra for this exceptional service in government offices.

Good,need to improve, like some counters are not working and some counter without operator in mid night

Excellent service provided by them. We ve visited this office more than 3 times for renewal of cnic and new smart card, B form. All guidelines are stated in front of their office. Sms also received once your desired document is ready by NADRA. You can also change the addresses by submitting relevant documents. Queue system adopted here for gents and ladies. Information counter also available for different queries. Ladies seperate queue.

I was pleasently surprised regarding my today's experience. God bless the lady who helped my today on counter 4.

Very cooperative and efficient staff. @8:30am it took 15 minutes for the work that otherwise costed me 7 hours!

The NADRA Executive Centre at my experience is best and the things goes faster always

I went to this place for NIC renewal, New NIC issuance & amendment in "Bay" form. It took less then one hour to finish it. Very professional, polite & helpful staff. Excellent Service - Well done NADRA !!!
