We loved our stay at Hamsun! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The decor is very nice. The location is very central. The breakfast was fantastic. They have a variety of dishes, the homemade parathas and chanay were outstanding, really excellent! The breakfast always arrived on time. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. The staff were able to provide a rental car, help with restaurant reservations and were always available to answer any questions about Karachi. I'm so happy we found this place! Highly recommend staying here!

I have been staying in guest houses in different hotels for 25-30 years but I have had a great experience here, the staff here, the service here, the security here, and the family atmosphere here is the most important thing here, from room service to the reception below. All the people are honest and hardworking and work hard. I am very happy to stay here in Pakistan, especially in this guest house in Karachi.

It was my first stay at Hamsun and I had a very pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was very cooperative and room service response to any request was fast. They have a good breakfast menu and it was always served on time. I travel to Karachi often for business and Hamsun will be my preferred choice from now onwards.

After a tiring day in Karachi. I found my stay very comfortable and relaxing at one of their deluxe suite. The service and hospitality was upto the mark. Complimentary Breakfast was very fulfilling and loved my waffle with maple syrup.

The hotel is very good place to stay for your business and family trips as well. They will keep good care of your needs. A safe and calm place. Thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!

My brief stay at Hamsun with my family was genuinely pleasant, even if it was just for a night. After a tiring day, finding a comfortable and safe place to rest in Karachi was our priority. The interior aesthetics and environment of the room caught our eye, offering a warm welcome. We were pleased with the quick and friendly room service, consistent water supply, and clean restrooms. Overall, the experience was quite delightful. Even though the parking isn’t gated, the 24-hour guard and surveillance cameras provided ample security, which we appreciated. However, there’s some room for enhancement, notably in streamlining the onboarding experience and clarifying the breakfast form by providing detailed explanations for each section. A slight reduction in price would also be welcome, yet it stands as a commendable option regardless.

Spotless and nice spacious rooms, impeccable service, great location and great breakfast! The staff can also arrange a driver (it worked seamlessly) and I could even take a shower before my flight home (long after checkout). Very good security and 24/7 service

Its a great experience staying at Hamsun. Hotel Rooms was clean management is very good the staff was cooperative laundry service breakfast and food is available 24-7 but I did not used every day cleaning request which I get on my mobile if I need anything from hotel provided refrigerator ,microwave, fresh towels full tank of refrigerator with all drinks & much more feel like a home no words 10/10 to stay in there premises love it definitely stay again and again may AllahTala bless them and their team

This is the great place to stay in karachi.I stayed all kinda hotel in karachi but that was my first time in hamsun I stayed 25 days and it was a amazing experience with them. Rooms are clean they have iron and water dispenser in ur floor and management are good Specially all staff members are respectful and cooperative and place is totally safe,and their service alot better then all big hotels..their food and laundry service are available whenever u need even tho in a mid night,I would highly recommend this hamsun guest hotel… thank you so much all their staff management and specially sir hammad…

When you hear the guesthouse in Karachi , you think it will be shady, smelly, not clean, and all bad things.

Hamsun is an EXCEPTION to the above statement with Super Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, Secure Space only for families.

The location is main Shahra e Faisal which is close to everything. I would say it’s priced less for the quality it provides. Super safe for international traveller 10/10. We stayed two weeks and the staff was super cooperative. They made us feel comfortable and secure. The rooms have a kitchenette and sitting area which made it more Comfortable for family stay.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. More than my expectations.
Bisma, the front desk officer was very cooperative and flexible with our requests. The other staff was also very respectful and responded to our needs efficiently.
It is great to have such a facility in the heart of Karachi which is matching international standards and sensitive to cultural values.

I regret the delay in providing this feedback, as our trip to Hamsun took place back in January of this year. Our stay at Hamsun followed a distressing experience at another Airbnb in Karachi. We arrived there on the same day as our long-haul flight, with two exhausted children in tow. Stranded outside our previous Airbnb, I contacted Hamsun, and I believe the owner's name is Hassan (my apologies if I have misremembered). He kindly informed us that they had available rooms. Upon our arrival, they promptly showed us to our rooms and checked us in without requesting payment information, which was a considerate gesture given our extreme fatigue and desperate need for rest.
Turning to the accommodation and staff, the interior of Hamsun is impeccably well-maintained. The rooms adhere to international standards and are kept spotlessly clean. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and available at all hours to assist with any concerns. They promptly resolved any issues that arose and demonstrated a high level of attentiveness to our needs.
In terms of safety, during our stay at Hamsun, we felt remarkably secure. As a first-time visitor to Pakistan with young children, safety was a paramount concern, both for our well-being and the security of our possessions within the room. Hamsun effectively addressed these concerns, alleviating any worries we may have had.
I would like to note, however, that it would be a valuable addition if they offered a fitness center. Additionally, the towels could benefit from the use of fabric softener. Furthermore, there was some inconsistency with hot water accessibility during our stay, although the staff made efforts to rectify the issue.
Leaving these minor issues aside, my 10-year-old still fondly reminisces about Hamsun and expresses a strong desire to return to Pakistan primarily to revisit this establishment. In terms of pricing, the rate of approximately $100 per night for a two-bedroom suite was reasonable and commensurate with the value offered.

This is my first choice whenever I visit Karachi. Everything's is awesome... Services, Staff Behaviour, Breakfast Variety , Breakfast Quality 5/5.

I will definitely give 5 stars. Even though the hotel front looks small, but it's a great and safe place. The staff was very helpful and immediately managed the things that i needed. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. My stay was for 1 day but it was no doubt a very comfortable one.

I stayed at Hamsun for a week with my family and it was a great experience. Prompt service, excellent staff and always a positive attitude. They treated my family better better than a 5 star hotel. Safe and secure. Also the location is perfect for karachi, drive 20 min to airport, 20 mins to seaview/dha and less then 10 mins to tariq rd and bahadurabad. We have decided that we will always stay at Hamsun everytime we visit Karachi.

Humsun management is doing exceptional job providing prompt response and assistance to the guests. My stay was arranged very immediately by the owner and he was kind enough to accomodate last min. Their whatsApp group strategy to attend guest service is most convenient room service medium rather than calling reception everytime.
