Submission: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Collection: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Sharing this information because it wasn't clear to me on my first visit, and I ended up coming back without submitting my passport. Hopefully, this helps others avoid the same mistake!

My experience was good. Consulate staff was friendly. It took max 20 minutes to submit our passport

It was one of the best experiences to visit this beautiful place, I had the honour to attend National Day celebrations in 2016, very nice and courteous people efficient staff and splendid building. I will never forget my visit to this place and meeting with Indonesians over there.
