Exceptional service! From the historic streets of Karachi to the awe-inspiring landscapes of Hingol National Park and the fascinating Makli Necropolis, our guide Ali made every moment memorable. His in-depth knowledge, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail enhanced the entire experience. Highly recommend the service for an enriching journey through culture and nature. A truly unforgettable adventure!

Had an excellent private family trip to Swat, Kalam, Malam Jabba with Hiddenture last week of December. Ali and the team delivered everything we requested in a standard package. Traveling with kids, including a one-year-old, was worry-free as they ensured room heaters and hot water were available. We've used Hiddenture for group tours before and were pleased with their services, but this private trip exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for well-organized and reasonably priced trips.

Falls jemand Pakistan besuchen will, meldet euch bei ihm!

Initially, we were very excited and heard great things about this company, but the experience was otherwise.

Our recent 2-night, 3-day trip to Balochistan (from Karachi) with this company left us utterly dissatisfied. Despite shelling out a substantial PKR 2,60,000, the experience didn't live up to our expectations.

While we understood the need for an extra charge for NoC and security as International travelers, the security provided was minimal and didn't justify the hefty price. Shockingly, our package didn't even cover meals, and the lodging was below average (ofc we were not expecting a 5-star service but we were hoping to get what we paid for).

Transportation was a significant headache. The original van had only two shared seats, one folding chair at the back, and two front seats. This totaled to 2 couples and 3 additional people from their team, making the van quite cramped. We had to pay an additional amount for a more comfortable option, which should've been arranged from the beginning.

To make matters worse, our privacy was breached when pictures of our group were posted on their social media without consent, labeling us as "American travelers." No additional pictures were posted but at the same time, the pictures were still not taken down after our request.

While the locations we visited were visually appealing, the overall experience lacked depth. We were hoping for more insights into the local culture and history, but unfortunately, that was lacking.

In summary, we felt that a significant amount of money was spent for subpar service. Communication was challenging, and there was no willingness to address our concerns or negotiate. It's safe to say we won't be returning or recommending this company to others.

Highly unprofessional, unorganised, and ill mannered organisers!

This was our trip to Ormara this past weekend - Nov 06 & 07

First they miscommunicated and lied to our group about giving us a separate van, following which they said they will add 10 more people with us, then they put us in a large 65 seater bus and went over capacity, defying all COVID SOPs and ended up having customers fighting over seats.

They left late and didn't time the trip well, we ended up reaching the destination over 2 hours late despite their reassurances that we will get to see the sunset. Throughout the trip they had obnoxiously loud music blaring away and the windows were vibrating. All we kept on asking them was to slow down the volume and they used to look at us and simply ignore us as if we were travelling for free and were extra passengers! They would turn it down for a few minutes and then play at full volume again. Never have we listened to such awful songs before but those still would have been bearable had they turned down the volume a bit.

The camps they gave us were stinking and tiny, dinner was served at 11 p.m (late again) and till 4:15 a.m their obnoxiously loud music was playing again with boys behind our camps continuously talking and using extremely foul language. Hiddenture's lackadaisical planning was such that we ended up leaving late again at 11 a.m. when we ran short of seats yet again; we requested them to have us seated properly. But there was another group that was fighting to be seated and we proposed following the previous seating plan after which we were asked to 'get out of the van' - this took another half an hour in the intense heat. They organisers had zero respect for even the senior people in our group.

When we had asked us to be seated properly (either in group form or sharing with others) another organiser, Abbas very rudely said, 'Agar aap customer hain tou woh loug bhi customers hain' because the other group was arguing over seats like kids. Then when everyone got seated, he announced for their pathetic music to be put on again!

These organisers in the front portion of the van were constantly talking nonsense about our 'group of 15 people' (that's what they kept calling us) and one of them was constantly smoking inside the bus. They kept playing their music at full volume and we literally had to pop in pain killers because of the headache it had caused.
One of them (Junaid) had the audacity to say that I will make sure we reach Karachi, late and was estimating time. He said things like:

'Some people are returning happy while some are returning upset.'
'Mairee zidd hai keh mein late pohonchaon ab'
'The ratings will be good other than of these 15 people'

We reached Winder at around 5:30ish and had lunch at 6:00 p.m, left for Karachi around 7:00 p.m. and reached the destination at 9:00 p.m. whereas we were supposed to reach at 6:00 p.m.

The only thing good about their organised trip was the dinner but overall service quality was pathetic for customers of two tour organisers gathered like cattle (one large 65 seater bus and two hiace)

For all that we know, they have removed their rating section from their Facebook page.

Overall, they have no respect for customers and utter disregard for what they are saying.

I will make sure that none of my family and friends get to travel with such a pathetic tour operator ever!

This is what their brand name means (Hiddenture) 'hidden adventure with hidden loopholes'.

Rover is the best tour operator for such services and they have a certain goodwill for a number of reasons unlike these fellows!
