Ayub bridge also known as Kanju bridge

Ayub Bridge (local name کانجو پل) is among the best bridges build upon River Swat that connects Kabal/Kanju to Mingora. It has the capacity of 3 lines and pedestrian on both left and right. It gives a cool and fascinating view of River swat from top but due to poor infrastructure and poor management it remains overload all the time. For those who come to Upper Swat for picnic should avoid crossing and continue their journey on Airport Road toward Matta Swat to avoid traffic deadlocks. Matta bazar has the same facilities as Mingora.

It's been a good time out there. I spend a lot of time there. And I really enjoy myself and the beautiful views of this place. This bridge connects Kabal side and Bandai side with Mingora.

A very beautiful place for visiting down side of the bridge, you can also go there in your car or motorcycle and catch some fishes there and chill.

Historical bridge that connects Babuzai and Nekpikhel at Kanju. Before it, there was a bridge constructed by the ruler of Swat state Bacha Sahib Swat made of wood. But that was not long lasting to the flood of river swat. Several times it was destroyed during the flood in river swat. After that Wali Sahib Swat constructed another bridge which was remained until this new bridge was launched and named Ayub Bridge.
Unfortunately during the huge flood in river swat and surrounding areas, the Ayub Bridge destroyed which reconstructed years after.

Best place for walk outing you can enjoy beautiful River views and even you can swim but if you know how to swim coz of fast river .river is very clean, fresh & cold water.

Good place specially in warm season.poeple enjoies weather and water for coldness and refreshment around the both sides of bridge.
