Amazing experience. The only thing that was on the downside were the prices of foods, but other than that it was truly exceptional . The staff was super cooperative and always ready to help, no matter what the time. But it should be mentioned that there is no WiFi there, as mentioned on booking.com and if you plan to go ,make sure you have a telenor SIM, as it is the only network that works there and that too very very very hardly . The warm water and heater are timed from 7 to 11 in the morning and at night. The experience though was fantastic and I would definitely want to go again .

Stayed at the Arcadian Riverside recently as part of a retreat and had a fantastic experience. The garden facing the river was absolutely magical. The staff were extremely helpful and even had one of them guide us on 2 treks. The place was overall clean and the food was decent too. I hope to come back one day!

This is a very comfortable luxury resort with a perfect view. And everything there was so good and the food is great.

Amazing experience; stayed there for 5 days and there wasn't a single day we could complain about. The stay was comfortable, ambience was superb, food was awesome and on top of everything the customer services; every staff member starting from the Manager to the waiter, was so cooperative, kind and courteous. It is a must-go place.

Excellent location and staff. Food was great too. Rooms were very neat, spacious and comfortable. The standard room was itself big enough. They also gave us a heater. Though, it was not sufficient for the room, but you could enjoy the warmth by sitting close to it.

Cons : very cold water and hot water was not available all the time. The toilets were super cold.

Very beautiful place. Rooms were beautiful. And surroundings were just like heaven.

Great place to spend few days. But the hotel is not safe for children. The hotel doesn't have proper fencing. Hotel staff told me that there were some accidents related to falling of children from the edge of the cliff. Furthermore there is no kids play area at the hotel. But if you are adult and your group contains all the adults then this place is very good.

Most memorable visit of my life in Kaghan Valley, mist visit the place and spend a night. Amazing menu, high standard rooms and services. Manager is so good and helpful.

Rooms go for Rs. 4,000-4,500 per night. But rooms are absolutely amazing. Try their Presidential Suite. Stunning. Decor is tastefully done. Quality of construction and room furnishing is amazing. Staying here isn't just time well-spent - It's an experience.

Only drawback: There are no cellular service signals. That can be good if you want to unplug.

It's right next to the main N-15 highway and is right on the Kunar River. Some hiking trailings nearby and a waterfall.

Wow. What a beautiful river and a very nice hotel. Price is reasonable and the view is great. Rooms upstairs are more spacious but the rooms downstairs, kids were happy to jump outside the windows and go out to play, etc. All in all, great staff and a great hotel to stay at.

Its name has been changed to pinepark. This place is excellent to spend quality time with your family and friends

One of the best place to stay surrounded by nature mountains and river. We had a great time over there. Staff is really good and friendly.. the only issue is that mobile network and internet is not working over there.

Beautiful place n the best Hotel. Clean n tidy bedding even the spare mattress n quilts are also neat. Had a very peaceful time there.

Arcadian Riverside is located in an incredible spot, right next to a river and underneath massive mountains ⛰ The staff has prepared and maintains an immaculate lawn with the most voluptuous flowers 🌺 present. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful, led by the professional Khaliq Bhai. Chef Imran does a wonderful job of preparing delicious foods (he even entertains special requests). Everything is top notch here. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade some of the carpeting and room interiors so that they are fresher. Otherwise, this hotel is a joy to visit and I’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful place, well managed very clean hotel. Couldn't find hot water though. Excellent food.Sitting in the lawn besides the river is enough to bring you back the next time.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I must say that my experience was amazing. The location is extremely beautiful and Staff were very friendly infact their service was outstanding. Food was really good as well. By far the best hotel in Naran

We stayed in Arcadian river side. Club sandwich double decker was amazing. The view is just mesmerising. Staff was polite and rooms were good. The only downside is that there is no wifi or mobile signals but it was a great experience

Loved this place. I would rate is as the best hotel in Kaghan / Naran valley due to its location (at bank of Kunhar river) and it is also away from crowded area. If you want to spend some time away from crowd, this place is strongly recommended for stay.

Loved our stay. Excellent location, Fantastically clean rooms, running hot water, great breakfast and helpful staff. Great place to keep as a base and explore the valley. Highly recommend
