Deputy Director/ Zone Incharge Bhatti sb is such a nice and cooperative person. Good experience. I would like to advise applicants to pay their fee online through App facility given by department, and then go directly to process your passport...please avoid agents because they demand extra money for no reason or create reasons....a passport agent was asking me to pay Rs.4,000 for Fast Track Application extra as my address was of other district. I met Bhatti sb and my case was processed without Zero extra charges...please avoid agents....Passport Office has smooth system...

This place doesn't have parking place, you can park directly on the road, indirectly parking at your own risk. Or you can park on the road by paying rent.

Well it's a life saving service from government of Pakistan, but unfortunately the office environment is as usual as you can think of any other government facility, people get ripped off due to lack of knowledge and awareness of the process/procedures. Official staff usually playing with their cell phones during office hours. We request the higher authorities to take notice of such employees and take necessary steps to address these issues

Good service available for the people. Public awareness about passport processing pumflut may help them. Or at least 2 govt employees serve and guide ti public for passport processing system.
