This is the regional passport office in Bhalwal city, previous office building was located on Sargodha-Gujrat road. You can visit the office from Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM and on Friday office timing is from 9 AM to 12:30 PM for passport application. Saturday and Sunday is off. You have to pay passport fee depending upon it's type (i.e. normal, urgent, number of passport leaf) in NBP on prescribed challan form and then visit passport office with original paid challan as it is submitted here. Total process can take around 1-2 hour time usually depending upon the rush of applicants. Only issue here is that you've to pay parking fee for bikes which shouldn't be paid as it's a government office.

Always not opening at the time but caring staff .

Personel experience is not good , building is rented and built like a home not like an office. It is not air conditioned, there were air conditioners in the office but were turned off. I couldn't find any water cooler or chiller to drink water. Very few chairs were placed to sit. Staff is short and because of this, there was a long queue when I went there. Some people there told me that I should visit passport office sargodha because Sargodha office is much better than Bhalwal office. But the only good thing was that the staff was very cooperative and well mannered, they were dealing visitors professionally.
