Baqar Lake Resort

It was a Wonderful Environment and peaceful place for outing and adventure. We did cooking and enjoyed on an island there. We traveled from District Dadu to Baqar Lake also known as Chotiari Dam Sanghar.
It was a school tour where we (all the teachers) cooked mutton karhaai and chicken biryaani on the island and ordered Chapaati & Fish from resort hotel. It was an amazing experience for me as I had this first time. 🥳😍

We often visit Baqar Lake being local people. It's beautiful place to enjoy. But due to lake of facilities including road, management, food and few others mostly people do not prefer it for visiting. But not . Should visit..

Amazing natural resort and lake view. If you are fortunate enough to live in a guest house then the sunset view is MashAllah like a paradise. Its very underrated resort. Every ones must visit.

Beautiful place except the final 6 km stretch. Nice relaxing atmosphere clean rooms. Heaven for photographers and tourists alike. STDC can and should provide more facilities in the area as it is a great place for water sports.

Quite a beautiful place in terms of nearby places for tourism. First comers will definitely be shaky visiting this place. But trust me, the hospitality of the people are out of this world. It is a very peaceful. The sunrise and sunsets are awesome here.

What a plcae that was. well matained and neat and clean rooms. staff was very well cooperative and site was amazing. the resort is yet to get its canteen so visitors must bring it while coming to place wid them or do some BBQ .kitchen n water n gas cylinder facilities are already availble. there is a dhaaba like food stall who can arrange n cook local fish. overall very nice place . n Well done STDC.

It was great experience, an excellent place to visit, everyone must experience the fish curry and fish fry made by the local people. Very peaceful place, good for family visit too.

Its amazing to vist this site and experience boat ride. There are many traditional fish foods aailable here at Bakar Lake Resort.

Baqar lake is located it the tail and of Nara canal near the achro city (the door step to the thar desart), on north east site of Sanghar district Sindh , Pakistan.

It is generally known as Chotiari area , which is deemed as a wonderland of sindh , it has a unique ecosystem consisting of six natural lakes namely; Akanwari ,Tajar, Phuleli ,Seri and Sao Naro, inculuding Baqar lake.

A serene place to visit. Fresh Fish available nearby.
