I am a B.A student. I missed my admission form and Books 2 times due to office post man negligence who delivered my mails to other person. Eventually I received my admission form after due date and books received from other person. When I just asked him (Post man) about the situation. He said this is not our responsibility to confirm where we left your mails. I am very disappointed with his debate. I want to realize him his mistake but I can't. Who can help us (Common Peoples)????????
